Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer/Badezimmer war tipptopp sauber. Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist ziemlich laut und der Verkehr flaute die ganze Nacht nicht ab. Obwohl alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit war, stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis an dieser Lage nicht ganz.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Artist war wieder ein Highlight
Pros:

Da wir gewissermassen Wiederholungstäter sind (!), wir haben in den letzten 5 Jahren während dem Bieler 100km Lauf stets im Hotel Artist übernachtet, kennen wir das Hotel Artist sehr gut. Wir haben uns wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt, was bei dem stets freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal einfach ist. Gefallen hat uns besonders auch, dass wir den Privatparkplatz hinter dem Hotel benutzen durften, weil wir dadurch der Transport des Gepäcks in unser Zimmer erleichtert wurde. Danke sehr dafür und sofern ich nächstes Jahr auch wieder (oder noch, ich darf dieses Jahr meinen 75. Geburtstag feiern...) starten werde am Bieler 100er werden wir bestimmt wieder das Hotel Artist wählen. Es wäre wirklich wieder ein Highlight für uns!

Absolut nichts auszusetzen, wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, Danke dafür!

Für 1 Nacht okey.
Pros:

Das einzige was mir gefallen hat war das ich schnell noch ein bilges zimmer bekommen konnte.

Cons:

Es war viel zu heiss im zimmer. Und leider ging das Fenster nicht ganz auf und in der nacht konnte ich sozusagen das fenster nich offen lassen weil es nicht ging.

Cons:

30 degrés dans la chambre. Pas de climatisation. Pas de fenêtre. Un petit velux. Draps synthétiques, taie d oreiller synthétique.
Un four avec un petit lit poussé dans un coin de la chambre. Attention quand vous réservez!!

Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Biel, sia il lago che il museo Omega/Swatch, ristorante abbastanza carino, cibo nella media

Cons:

Assenza di parcheggio in loco, bisogna parcheggiare nelle strisce blu a lato della strada, colazione a malapena accettabile, assenza di personale per gestire eventuali richieste a colazione, acqua della doccia appena tiepida (sia mia che quella del mio collega), letto composto da due topper giganti e un materassino simil campeggio, luce automatica del bagno che si spegne dopo 30 minuiti (senza possibilità di spegnerla in automatico), assenza di prese di corrente vicino al letto, assenza di ascensore (scale con gradini irregolari).
