I would give it an 8 out of 10 out of all the hotels that I've stayed at
Pros:

Breakfast was over 930 and I was ready at 10.00
So I never got any

Cons:

Your hand basin in the bathroom is rather small to try and fit electric jug under it to follow that with water. Is it only put a little bit of water and at time

Won’t recommend
Pros:

Fist room allocated no remote for tv and the aircon not working. Transferred to another room aircon not working too bloody cold and minimal blanket.

Consistently perfect
Pros:

As always can't fault it. It has all you need and it's tasteful and of good quality with great staff.. bus to airport and parking service is a real bonus . It's my go to and it's always a pleasure to stay here.

I’m t cost more than the place I usually stay and I prefer that place.

Comfortable but dirty
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, good mice’s on the TV

Cons:

There was a mould in the bathroom, staff didn’t apologise after we told them about the situation, instead, he said that he only works here for two nights. The carpet was really dirty, our feet turned black from walking on it.

Book somewhere else with trained staff
Pros:

Rude when asking for a refund, we understood it may not be possible to get a refund and that is how it worked in our case, but no need for staff to be rude and abusive

Pros:

The let down is no lift to take my big bag upstairs.
Thought maybe a staff member could have taken it up.
Should warn people 150 to replace key, i nearly lost it, found it in my large bag, my fault but a warning would be good just to make you aware if your rushing.
Yummy burger and chips,
Would use again at that price.

Inexpensive place with a shuttle from the airport
Pros:

The staff were able to check me in very late at night and let me check out late. One of the few hotels serviced by the airport shuttle line. Very close to a bus that goes to the train station if you want to get to the city center.

Cons:

Farther from the airport than some of the more expensive hotels and still takes some time to get to the Auckland CBD from there, so plan your travel accordingly.
