My stay was excellent. The staff were friendly in the hotel and restaurant. I will definitely stay again
Pros:

It was close to the airport and I had complimentary parking

Cons:

The restaurant food was microwaved and the vegetables were frozen vegetables pre-cooked. It would’ve been nice to have a nicer meal

I had an awesome time at Auckland Kiwi Hotel and I will stay there again.
Pros:

All services went well, the room was clean each day. Great service, I could not fault any areas, just the shower which I stated below.

Cons:

Ok the only issue I had with Room 105, was the shower, the water wasnt going through drainage. I had advised reception on 24 May to advise house keeping to ensure they unblock the shower. This was not the case, so hopefully that gets fixed before next customer occupies the room. Other than that, the rooms were awesome.

Great location, helpful front desk staff and spaces family rooms.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating and loved the space for our family room.

Cons:

The restaurant was very disappointing. I guess need more staff at the restaurant and more options with the menu.

Clean and tidy. bed comfortable just the noise was a problem for me.
Pros:

Waken in the night by a noise. I'm guessing it was the outside heat pump cycling on and off. Took me a while to get back to sleep

Cons:

Food option could make it better.
