For 3 days stay we never got room service. No fresh towel or toilet papper no milk etc. Went down stairs asked the cleaners they said they will do it the following day. Standard are discussed with the mold on the pillow cases. What makes it worse when we lefted on our last day management went up to overlook the room and he accused us of smoking in there and we dont smoke. Won't be coming back there no more.

Very pleasant unit but walls very thin when trying to sleep.

On entering, room looked really nice, great value for money.

Pros:

Convenience of location and the shuttle bus

Cons:

The policy changed from 5 days free long term parking with $5 additional days to $15 every day while away. Bit of a steep jump, and won't be returning as that made it not such good value and there are plenty other hotels that offer free long term parking up to a week. If I knew the policy had changed from when I last stayed there 3 months prior I would not have booked again. Also no microwave in rooms is very inconvenient to travellers

Room was clean and close to the airport

Cons:

Booked and paid for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast incl. On the last day i was told i didnt pay for my child and it was said infront of my child and other guests after Breakfast.
As per the booking confirmation children are free and all costs are included. I had the booking confirmation and said i can show them the copy.. I found this rude and distasteful. Up to that moment i had a great stay

It was cheap and close to airport.

Cons:

Airport transfers were included in the fare, but it’s via yellow bus. Bus was unable to fit us on so was told to wait 25 minutes for the next one. Unfortunately we had to book an Uber otherwise we would have missed our flight. Plan appropriately and give yourself heaps of time to catch a bus.
