Très déçus des prestations, hormis l’emplacement.

Uniquement l’emplacement

Cons:

Pas de cafetière, thé, café, eau ni dans la chambre ni dans l’hôtel. C’est le seul sur les 8 où nous avons séjourné. La climatisation est très bruyante, impossible de dormir avec. Pas de VMC (aspiration) dans la salle de bains.

Tolle Lage , super Preis-Leistungs, nette Atmosphäre und Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage am Ocean Drive ist perfekt, Zimmer war sauber mit genug Handtücher , einen Haarföhn und minikühlschrank. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, liebe Grüße an Gabriella 😊

Cons:

Keinen Kleiderschrank vorhanden nur ein paar Kleiderbügel, für 10 Tage braucht man mehr um die Klamotten für 3 Personen zu verstauen

La mejor ubicación en South Beach
Pros:

Super bien ubicado estas en la mejor zona y te permite caminar con facilidad a la playa. Habitación muy cómoda, no se escucha el ruido de la calle

Cons:

Desayuno costoso y quizá los baños son oscuros pero dentro de lo normal bien calidad-precio. No tiene parking pero encontramos uno por 20 usd a pocas cuadras.

No special treatment. Had to ask for fresh towels every day.

Cons:

The stairs at the entrance to the hotel have a high ledge that creates a tripping hazard. Upon my arrival, my foot caught on the ledge, causing me to fall. As a result, my knee was scraped and bleeding.

What was especially disappointing was that the front desk employee showed no concern, did not offer assistance, and did not help me get up after the fall.

I immediately reported the hazard to the front desk staff. I believe this condition poses a safety risk to guests and should be addressed to prevent someone else from being injured.

My stay was comfortable, and clean only problem was no microwave

I like the property was clean and a block from the Beach

Cons:

I didn’t like there was no microwave to warm your food especially by having a restaurant connected to the hotel you would think they would have some type of way for warming your food because of the restaurant or just in general. Microwave don’t have to be in room but in lobby would have been Great!!!!
