La ubicación, a una cuadra de todos los restaurantes y bares de Miami Beach pero sin el alboroto de estar hospedado ahí mismo. Y la habitación muy limpia, suficientes almohadas y toallas.

Cons:

Estrutura antiga e mal conservada, cheiro de mofo por todo hotel (carpetes nos corredores), chuveiro fraco e sem pressão, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, assento sanitário da pior qualidade, camas de hotel duas estrelas, elevador lento e muito velho, café da manhã com alimentos de baixa qualidade.

El hotel no está nada mal , el problema es que no consideraron que por un problema de conexión , se repitió una reserva y no aceptaron ni el reintegro ni mantener la tarifa para una noche adicional

La ausencia de predisposición y voluntad para resolver un error involuntario en la gestión de una reserva . Por un problema de conexión de internet en ruta , pagamos dos veces una misma reserva , al constatar el error no solamente no permitieron el reintegro sino tampoco utilizar por ese mismo monto unas horas más la habitación hasta las 22 que salía nuestro vuelo . Solo nos permitieron alargar el checkout de la noche original de reserva o sea nos cobraron 140 dólares por una noche y otros 140 por 3 horas. mientras tanto Booking ni siquiera respondió mensajes Salvo para responsabilizar al establecimiento
