Der Pool ist schön und groß angelegt. Insgesamt hat die Anlage einen sehr ansprechenden Stil.
Die staubige Zufahrtsstraße ist lästig.
Well maintained. Staff was nice
We had a very unpleasant situation: we had reserved and prepaid a room with three beds for three adults and paid U$390. When we arrived and walked into the room, the A/C was not working and the room temperature was quite warm and uncomfortable. We asked to have a room change and the manager in a not pleasant manner indicated that we had reserved a room without A/C and if we wanted a room with A/C we would need to pay an extra fee!! And if we did not want it, we could cancel the reservation and leave the hotel. It was around 8pm at night. All this in spite of the fact that the hotel was practically empty. We pushed back saying that our reservation did not say anything about not A/C. They eventually changed us to a smaller 2 bed lower cost room. We were given a credit of about $100 which definitely does not make up for the down grade in room size and number of beds. I request a credit for the correct amount.

Es una hacienda preciosa con unas vistas naturales y un paisaje increíbles. Lo tienen muy cuidado, el personal es muy amable y están atentos todo el rato, sobre todo el señor que esta en las tardes noches. Las habitaciones grandes y comodas con todo lo necesario. La piscina, jacuzi, sauna turca, todo hasta las 10 de la noche!! Un lujo!!!
No mucha variedad en comidas y desayunos. Esto se podria mejorar.

la habitacion no tenia Aire acondicionado y llegamos un dia que hacia un poco de calor, entonces considero que es importante adecuarlo.
Todo muy lindo. La atención del personal, instalaciones modernas, agua caliente. Jardín bien cuidado, comida deliciosa, buena ubicación, divino el río que pasa por la finca cristalino. Lo recomiendo mucho, volvería sin duda con mi esposo. Excelente lugar para desconectarse.
Las instalaciones muy lindas, solo una observación. El baño olía ligeramente a cañería, el olor se filtraba por el sifón. Es lo único.

We liked the pool and the serving staff. The balcony with the hammock.
The cabins were miserable poorly built with basic comfort. No bedside lamp or plug. I had requested the best cabin but they gave me an awful one wanted more money if I wanted to move to the better cabins, and my daughter’s room was worse, thin walls that you could hear everything and no hot water.
