We enjoyed the area, super convenient and walkable, very safe.
Pros:

Wonderful location, super comfy bed and probably the best water pressure in a shower we’ve had anywhere in the world, truly. Staff was helpful and great to work with.

Cons:

While the breakfast had a nice variety and good selection each day, they need to get better warning stations. The eggs and other hot dishes were always mildly warm or cold even in the days we got there right after it opened.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had left my down vest in the initial room and staff was able to locate it.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned had not cleaned. The sheets were not replaced and the smell in the room was disgusting. The hotel staff quickly moved me to another room but the initial impression was unpleasant. I would still give the hotel a stellar review for the staff responsiveness.

Pros:

Está bien ubicado y es de fácil acceso. Tranquilo y silencioso. Ideal si deseas pasar el dia recorriendo la ciudad.
El personal es sumamente amable.
El desayuno excelente! Con opciones variadas en el buffet y también otras opciones a la carta incluidas en el desayuno. Tuvieron en consideración intolerancias alimentarias :)

Very good location with reasonable price and quality, would definitely try other branch as well.
Pros:

Good location in the centre of Miraflores, many highly rated coffee shops and restaurant nearby. 15 minutes walk to the coast. Staff were very friendly and with good service as well, even open the door for you every time.

They also provided free luggage storage service after check out.

Cons:

When we checked-in (late night around 21:30), staff told us the room is ready with complimentary 2 bottle of water in the room, end up we could not find and was only provided bottled water after room-clean in next day. Second one is the TV remote in room is gone missing.

Un lugar cerca de todo y muy cómodo.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y limpias, realmente es un buen espacio para descansar y disfrutar de la estadía de la ciudad de Lima. Los desayunos deliciosos, variados y sanos, muy ricos, el trato de todo el personal de todas las areas, remarca la calidad el servicio que presta el hotel.
