Very dodgy outside with share entrance with dodge bar. Strange people hanging around outside. Parking area dirty.

Would absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

Good amenities and great location. Front desk was so so welcoming. Parking also good and secure. Even a very private small balcony just gave it another tick.

Cons:

Was quite noisy with what sounded like a compressor of fan turning on and off until about 10pm. But, it did have everything you needed.

Good value for money
Pros:

It doesn't look great from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, size and presentation of the room.

Cons:

The location is a very dirty lots of rubbish lying around Surrounded by Asian restaurants. The car park is secure but very small.

Will be back!
Pros:

No breakfast included, but with so many eating places within a 3 minute walk, it didn't matter. Room was spacious, small private balcony to sit and enjoy a wine, Heated towel rails ( luxury!) Lovey spacious bathroom. Small kitchen sink, bench space and small fridge. Ideal for a few days stay. Inside lock up car parking was a real bonus. Good security! Highly recommend

Cons:

No SKY Sports channels, we went for car racing but wanted to watch the rugby matches in the evening. No Sky sport, so we had early nights instead. Maybe another extra blanket for Winter?

Generally a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly
Pros:

Bathroom was lovely, although the toilet was quite tall. The bed was very comfortable. Basement car parking

Cons:

The shared driveway was a problem when we were trying to leave, for an event, another occupant was unloading his Ute into rubbish bins and wouldn’t move.

Great place to stay once you are in the Hotel
Pros:

Super comply beds. Bathroom and shower great. Room well maintained. Handy to shops and mall.

Cons:

Room was above roller door to down stairs parking could hear it every time it went up and down. Alleyway was at the back of take away shops very rough and stunk real bad to car park.
Had to park on street for two nights and the area has rotten rubbish bags from the shops. Not a very good look to a very nice place to stay once you get inside.
