Good location, friendly staff, hotel is clean, but a tad outdated.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. hotel rooms are spacious

Cons:

Hotel is run down and older, congested area from front desk to serving area gets crowded and uncomfortable.

Really great place and super friendly service.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's quality and value. The location offered not only a great breakfast but also complimentary drinks and evening snacks. A wonderful extra that made the stay even more enjoyable!

Cons:

My only concern was that the swimming pool water appeared milky, and I’m not sure what caused it. Regardless, my daughter and I enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub.

Pros:

The food was great! A pleasant surprise. Jenny the desk manager was super helpful when I lost my room key. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The hallway in our room was narrow, making managing the luggage cart challenging. That's it.

This is a great place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location and is very accommodating with room placement. Having the evening meal and a good breakfast is also a plus.

Cons:

The only concern that I have is that the dog fee is excessive.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Pet friendly rooms. This place was an absolute dream location. Please keep up the amazing work because this was one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. I love this hotel so much.

Great hotel - you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

Clean and in a very safe area. Breakfast was very good and their soda fountain stayed open until 9pm.

Cons:

We used Booking.com to change our reservation, adding an extra day to our trip. When we checked in, they had no record of us adding an extra night. I was able to show them we did add the extra night and the rate we were being charged. Thankfully, they had our room available but charged me more than the Booking.com reservation that was made.

Not what I expected, needs a lower rating.
Pros:

Clean, but furniture too dated.

Cons:

Price too high for the rating. The hotel is no more than a 2 star. Food was average. Should be served too many hands on utensils. Bathroom door bottom scatched as if an abimal clawed it and, warped like water damage.
