Bathroom was not in a good condition. Black mold and dark colored seams.
Rooms were clean and quite big in comparison to other hotels we’ve seen in Amsterdam. Check in and out was easy, which is quite rare. WiFi was good and all electronics worked properly. It’s located near the tram station so getting to Amsterdam centre was quite easy.
Towels leave a lot of white hairs on the body when used. We couldn’t use them but had our own so it didn’t matter very much. If you arrive late, almost all parking spots around the hotel will be taken. Charging stands are always occupied with non-electric vehicles, if you wanna charge then have to move your car during the day when mostly everyone is gone.

The location on a so-called ‘industrie terrein’ doesn’t give a good impression when arriving. One definitely needs a car to get to restaurants of which there are plenty within a radius of 5kms

Il n'y a rien autour à part la Gare.
Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au supermarché ou au restaurant.
Lovely room, comfy bed and air con were all great.
I knew the location was a bit remote but I thought the hotel would have good onsite amenities. No bar or restaurant, only a limited amount of sweets, noodles and soft drinks are available to buy when staff are on the desk. I think this is incredibly poor considering there are no shops, restaurants or food places anywhere nearby.
There was a card in the room advertising if you choose to let staff know you want to opt out of cleaning service the following day, you get a 10 euro credit to use in the restaurant or bar. I opted out 2 days in a row so had a 20 euro credit, I asked the girl on the desk if I could use this for breakfast on my last day, she said no I could only use it to purchase sweets, noodles or juice. I had absolutely no use for 20 euros worth of snacks and this isn't what is advertised in the room on the card. Very misleading so the 20 euro credits were absolutely useless!

The check in is a bit annoying, a lot of data entry on screens which you’ve already provided in booking the room in the first place
