Struttura eccezionale, staff disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ottima colazione. Comoda anche la piscina all'ultimo piano, con suggestiva vista sul porto. Praticamente a due minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni culturali e turistiche di Heraklion. Assolutamente consigliato

The staff and the hotel is very clean
The hotel is conveniently located in a great area, close to both the port and the city center. The room was clean, with properly functioning air conditioning and complimentary water provided upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, all of exceptional quality.
The hotel also features several pools. The rooftop pool was particularly appealing, offering a beautiful panoramic view, although it is relatively small. There is also plenty of unused terrace space, which could be enhanced with additional seating or amenities such as tables, chairs, or a bar to further improve the guest experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which means aircraft noise from arriving and departing flights can be noticeable. Guests who are sensitive to sound may wish to keep this in mind when booking. Additionally, some of the room furnishings and the corridor interiors feel somewhat outdated.

La ubicación céntrica, cerca del puerto. Muy cómodo si tienes un ferry temprano por la mañana. Las habitaciones espaciosas, camas muy cómodas. Desayuno normal.
El baño se inundaba con cada ducha. Problemas con la TV, a pesar de la ayuda del personal el problema no ha desapareció.
