Não atendeu às minhas expectativas!
Pros:

Escolhi o hotel por sua localização, pois já conheço Paris e acho muito conveniente esse endereço.
O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, especialmente da recepção.
Gostei da temperatura, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, da água saborizada e café na recepção, das toalhas de banho e lençois sempre muito limpos.

Cons:

Não gostei do box minusculo e extremamente dificil acesso para uso de uma idosa, como eu.
Quando cheguei, tive que pedir para trocarem a cortina do banho porque estava muito suja. Fui atendida em parte, não trocaram a cortina, só lavaram e não ficou completamente limpa.
O café foi satisfatório, mas o barulho da cozinha e do serviço de copeira no restaurante incomodava muito!
Tapetes velhos e desgastados na entrada do hotel e na frente do elevador no andar onde fiquei, o que dá uma impressão de desleixo.

La ubicación es buena, el desayuno también, la gente amable.

La habitacion era muy pequeña, la ventana deba a un callejón, no tenia mosquiteros, no andaba el televisor y el aire acondicionado no tenia control remoto .

Pros:

3つ星ホテルとして、無料コーヒや水の提供、また朝食は品数も比較的多く良質なものなので、コスパは高いといえる。長期滞在（４泊）に対する清掃やゴミ出し、タオル交換などの対応も良い。バスタブのきれいに清掃されており気持ちよかった。

Locatie is super, en heel aardig dat je in de lobby altijd koffie, water en snoep kan pakken:)

Cons:

De lift is echt heel klein en geen aanrader. Wij hadden kamers op de zesde verdieping. Dit betekende elke dag paar keer alle treden op en neer. Niet erg voor ons, maar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn geen optie. Verder: qua veiligheid: er is geen nooduitgang. Bij brand zit je op de 6de verdieping als ratten in de val.

La colazione abbondante varia e di ottima qualità, la posizione centralissima, i servizi che non tutti i 3 stelle offrono( macchina nespresso in camera, frigo, macchina del caffè nella hall a disposizione sempre), lo staff gentilissimo

Cons:

Nulla, le camere sono piccole come in tutte le strutture a Parigi, ma quando sono pulite e ben accessoriate, è un dettaglio che non fa la differenza

Great location, improvements needed

We only had the room cleaned once on a 4 night stay.
The bathroom was so tiny you could not shower properly.
Major roadworks going on right outside hotel.
Breakfast was very hit and miss
The lift was hardly big enough for 2 people

Great stay! Comfortable and good value
Pros:

This is a really nice property! Room are clean, staff very nice and great breakfast- located near everything. We had wonderful stay. This hotel is now on my list of favorite hotel when staying in Paris.

Cons:

Construction on the road can wake you up early and the walls are really thin! It these are really outside the management control
