Great stay!
Pros:

The overall experience was great. Staff were very accommodating. The front desk staff was extra nice amd always helpful.
It was nice also to have hot and cold water, and coffee amd sime sweets always available.

Very enjoyable and good exercise for me using stairs!
Pros:

Location very good, easy to walk to Notre Dame etc
Liked our room.
Easy atmosphere in hotel. Friendly, relaxed staff.
Didn't have breakfast but lovely dinner nearby

Cons:

Bath not that easy to get into for a shower, with glass door and no grip handles plus could do with a few more hooks, say on back of bathroom door.
Lift, contrary to some reviews, worked PERFECTLY and friend used but I didn't!

Pros:

The location and staff was great. Totally it is a clean hotel

Cons:

Room number 63 is what I don't recommend! For a family of three the full bed was 2 separate mat attached and the room has not enough space! One bed is under the roof edge that is not very safe! Consider that from level 5 to 6 there is no elevator.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, o quarto apesar de ser voltado para a rua era muito silencioso. A cama era confortável, era espaçoso e limpo. Os funcionários eram atenciosos. Recomendo a boulangerie que fica em frente ao hotel.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha alguns problemas, a banheira tinha difícil acesso e vazava um pouco o banheiro. Outra coisa que os franceses precisam conhecer é a ducha higiênica, que infelizmente não encontramos nos hotéis da França.

A quaint hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood
Pros:

Great, spacious, clean room with a balcony. A good-sized bathroom with toiletries and soft towels. Coffee machine and water provided. Safe in the room. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Fabulous location close to metros, RER lines and attractions whilst not feeling too touristy.

Pros:

A cosy hotel in a prime location. Great shower, good beds, coffee and cold water on demand. The best thing about Hotel Claude Bernard is the welcoming staff.

A great base for a short stay in Paris !
Pros:

The Reception staff were really helpful - the lift was out of order so I was offered a room on the ground floor . However , I preferred the room I'd originally been allocated which was one floor up and they very obligingly took my rather heavy case up for me and brought it back down again on departure. The room was pleasant , clean, warm and comfortable . The bathroom was adequate ,if somewhat in need of an update . Although it's an old building the windows are double glazed and there are external shutters so I wasn't too disturbed by traffic noise from the street in the morning . Breakfast was good- lots of healthy choices and organic products . Will definitely stay here again. The location is really excellent .

Comfortable and Good Service
Pros:

A charming property located in Latin Quarter only a few blocks from Metro. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with an assortment of foods including yogurts, raisins, prunes, cheeses, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, prosciutto, etc. The hotel provides a coffee/latte machine in breakfast area as well as in lobby and stand alone electric percolator in room for instant coffee. We would stay here again.

Cons:

No grab bars provided in tub/shower and the standing surface is smooth; could be a potential slipping hazard.

The hotel is fake like the poster on the wall with the books (no real library!)
Pros:

It is a tipical Parisian hotel (I always have this experience) that sells with fake photographs. Price is very high (up to 200 euros!!) but everything was of poor quality except the breakfast and the ladies at breakfast who did really their best: the room smelled like a basement, everything was terribly obsolete, lift was broken (and not even repaired in 2 days) I was on the 4the floor. I tried to be there as little as possible. Horrible.
