Nice hotel with good amenities
Pros:

A nice, spacious hotel/suites with good amenities. Both pools are heated, which is nice, I know there is a gym (haven't seen) and the restaurant. The breakfast was ok and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I think people should not be allowed to eat by the indoor pool - it disgusted me a little to see people in jacuzzi with the bag of chips next to them.

Buena de manera general. ¡Gracias!
Pros:

Céntrico y conveniente. El personal muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. También me gustó el que tengan alberca y gimnasio.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas en el cuarto con el agua, 3 veces se fue y entiendo que fue por fallas a la bomba de agua. También considero que los cuartos deberían tener oportunidad de que las ventanas se puedan abrir para poder dar circulación al aire porque el cuarto estaba húmedo.

Baja calidad de instalaciones
Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones por fuera muy bonitas

Cons:

Instalaciones anticuadas, fuga de agua en lavamanos, colchón hundido, cancel de bañera caído, puerta muy desgastada y chapa funcionaba mal. En general la relacion calidad precio estaba muy desproporcionada.
