great hotel
Pros:

huge modern hotel. Large room with a fridge. Nice soft mattress and pillows. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. My husband complained that the water didn’t drain fast enough but I thought it was fine. It was a bit far from some of the sites but it was nice to have such a modern hotel.

Pros:

Cuenta con múltiples servicios. La opción de premium level vale la pena. No hay grandes cambios en las habitaciones pero si el ingreso a un snack bar y desayuno en un lugar exclusivo.

Cons:

Las suite del premium level están hasta el 5to piso. El restoran del primer piso de grill tiene su chimenea en el primer piso y el humo de las brasas ingresa en las habitaciones, para ser la suite del premium level una decepción

Ottimo soggiorno al Barcelo Mexico Reforma
Pros:

La posizione, la stanza grandissima e ben strutturata, le camere insonorizzate, bagno enorme.
La vista era sulla città e paseo della reforma. Le stanze un po datate ma molto funzionali e letto comodissimo. La vicinanza alla fermata Hidalgo di metro e metro bus è molto utile.

Cons:

La reception un po scortesi , ogni tanto la stanza se rifatta mancava di qualcosa, non avevano svuotate la pattumiera, si erano dimenticati l’acqua nel frigo, non avevano lasciato la saponetta. La piscina era un idromassaggio molto piccola.

Holiday stay at Barcelo Reforma
Pros:

Engage with the staff and managers there - they are super supportive and helpful. We stayed in the Premium area and it was really worth the extra money. We had snacks available throughout the day and happy hour in the evening

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Great spa / pool / fitness room. Restaurants, Starbucks all inside. Awesome

Hotel maravilhoso, os funcionários excelentes. Vale muito a pena ficar neste hotel.
Pros:

Hotel oferece tudo o que propõe. Só deu um problema com a chave dois dias, trocaram a pilha o tudo se resolveu.
