Das Hotel war sonst sehr gut, die Lage super und der Service auch sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war genial. Es hatte von allem.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir pech da die Aufzüge nach dem 2. Tag nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Wir mussten die Aufzügen vom Service benutzen und das dauerte sehr lange wir mussten ewigs warten da wir im 19. Stock waren.

Cons:

El elevador duro 1 día completo en mantenimiento y otro día solo funcionaba uno, nos teníamos que mover por el elevador de servicio y era insuficiente para todos los huéspedes.

Pésimo servicio al cliente en recepción

La recepcionista que hotel me atendió mal con poca empatía, prácticamente solo confirmo mi reserva y me cobro no me explico nada del hotel, pésima atención al cliente por parte de la funcionaria, puse la queja y el gerente se disculpo pero de ahí no paso a nada mas que una disculpa
