This has probably been one of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. Friendly staff, super clean place, comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms. The place is very centric. Walking distance to El Centro and transportation is accessible.

El personal es atento y la habitación grande.
El hotel en general está envejecido, cama muy blanda e instalaciones que en otro tiempo debieron poder defender las cinco estrellas, pero actualmente no.
Los ascensores son insuficientes. Más de la mitad estaban rotos y, aunque nos permitían usar los de servicio el atasco hacia que prefiriese subir cinco plantas caminando a esperar tiempos muy largos en hora punta.
Es muy ruidoso: musica, máquinas de hielo, códigos de apertura de puertas de servicio en medio de la noche. Es imposible dormir sin tapones
Desayuno ubicación
De los 04 ascensores durante toda la semana se arruinaron dos y también un tercero se arruinaba de vez en cuando dejando un solo ascensor para el tamaño del hotel no daba abasto y pusieron a disposición los tres elevadores de carga para tratar de arreglar el problema . Debieron solucionarlo más rápido .!

Me encantó el desayuno buffet, está delicioso y tienen muchas opciones para comer, el servicio era increíble, todo la verdad vale mucho la pena.
Los elevadores duraron toda nuestra estadía sin funcionar, y no entiendo por qué duraron tanto en repararlos, ya que es un hotel alto, debería de tener un mejor funcionamiento de los mismos, a mi parecer.
• I got there around noon and checked if the room was ready, but it wasn't. That was okay, so I went out and came back around 2:30 PM. I asked again, and still no room available. I sat down for about 15 minutes and then asked again, and now the room was open, and they had several available.
Also, two of the four lifts weren't working, and after four days, no one had fixed them.
The coffee machine in the room wasn't working either, and I reported it, but nothing changed.
The location is great, but it's not worth the price.

Que tenia 2 ascensores malos durante mi estadía y costaba mucho subir o bajar de la habitación
Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Manche Getränke sind in der Minibar gratis. Es gibt ein Pool und eine Sauna, die man nach einem anstrengenden Tag nutzen kann.
Es gab ein Problem mit den Liften. 2 von 4 und an manchen Tagen 1 von 4 Liften haben funktioniert. Mann musste ab und zu das Personal-Lift verwenden.
Das Restaurant "La Fontana" riecht etwas muffig bzw. nach Abwasser. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Keller und obendrauf ist der Lobby und nur genau dort wo die Toilette in der Lobby waren roch unten im Restaurant etwas komisch.
Eierspeis und Quesadillas sind frisch zubereiten, leider dauert dies sehr lang und in meinem Fall wurde meine Bestellung sogar vergessen.
Diese drei Punkten sind technische Probleme, die ich hoffe schnell aufgehoben werden.
Wegen der tolle Lage und das nette Personal würde ich trotzdem das Hotel wieder buchen.

La ubicacion central y el desayuno
Los ascensores no funcionaban y estan en reparación por muchos dias, el personal no es muy atencioso y pedí un early check in un par de horas antes y me cobraron, quedándome luego 7 dias seguidos. El spa no funciona muy bien y la piscina no sirve para nadar.
Great location, great staff. Very clean and organized. Restaurants were excellent as well. Look forward to visiting again.
