The decor, the restaurants, the musical concerts in front of the bar, the comfortable waiting areas in the lobby and the helpful and courteous staff.
If there was a digital clock by the beds to enable guests view the time at night. One would not rely on the phone to check the time at night. The bathroom door at room 319 could be improved for opening closing.

La ubicación es su punto fuerte y que la mayoría del personal tiene un excelente servicio al cliente.
El personal del bar puede ser más amable. El equipo del gimnasio puede ser mejor. El televisor del cuarto necesita ser actualizado. Los elevadores no están al 100. Siempre hay uno o 2 fuera de servicio.

Que no es un hotel familiar, que las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas, que las fotos no están actualizadas pues al llegar al sitio la realidad es diferente.

I paid for breakfast with my reservation. They have a nice breakfast buffet, seems to have about the same items every day with a little change, but it was really good. This is in a great location. Ideal for walking to bars, restaurants, etc.
I had been communicating with Carlos about sending something for my anniversary. He replied it was already set up to be sent the day before our departure, but it NEVER happened!
