Good location to car rental and reasonably clean
Pros:

Location to airport car rental was fantastic

Cons:

Upon arrival, attendant was at the airport with the shuttle. Quickly got me checked in-upstairs with no elevator, no concern of how to get my large bags up there, no info about any breakfast. Room condition was poor motel 6 quality, but appeared clean. Breakfast didn’t even meet poor continental standard.

A perfect ending to a 10-day visit to the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.
Pros:

It’s very close to Sea-Tac Airport including the car rental facility. I was able to return my car rental the evening before saving a day’s car rental as it is only a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. That was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great place to stay!!
Pros:

Sutton Suites were a great location with rooms that were very large. The staff was very friendly and they shuttled us to the hotel and back and a place to eat. The Rooms were very clean and quiet and comfy.

Cons:

No soap, shampoo, or conditioner for the shower! Pathetic breakfast. We were happy to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast. Old, tired feel to the room. We payed $225 for a crummy room that wasn't worth $90. Front desk was understaffed.

Disappointing
Pros:

The facility provided transportation from and to the airport at no additional cost. Room was spacious and tidy.

My wife and I booked for 3 nights. We are very easy going people and don't expect a 5-star experience from a motel. However, the room we stayed in had a bunch of broken fixtures/items (eg towel rack, window latch, AC fan speed switch, the mini-safe). Additionally, the digital door lock didn't work the 1st night and the front desk person had to manually open the door with a key and told us that someone would have to get inside the room to fix it the next day.

Normally, we would let things like this slide--as I previously mentioned, we are easy going people and aren't expecting a Ritz-Carlton experience--but the final straw was that the cleaning service took our towels the morning after our 1st night and didn't replace them. When we came back later in the evening from spending the whole day trekking throughout Settle and wanted to shower, we were told that there were no towels available and we would have to wait until the morning. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We did not want our towels to be taken in the first place and, ironically, they had a sticker posted in the bathroom mirror that states they won't replace towels unless we request them due to water conservation. Ha! Furthermore, why would they take our used towels (for whatever reason they deemed necessary) if they were unable to replace them with new ones? Totally moronic.
