Non chiarezza nella possibilità di ridurre il mio soggiorno di un giorno senza avere addebito della camera. Ho comunicato al check in che forse potevo fare 2 notti e non tre se riuscivo a trovare posto su volo del giorno prima ma nessuno mi ha detto che la deadline per la comunicazione era il giorno prima alle 15 .Io ho saputo del posto su aereo solo nel pomeriggio e appena rientrato in hotel alle 16 circa ho comunicato il tutto ma la camera per ultima notta mi è stata addebitata ugualmente.

Pretty good, impressive view on the rooftop, bar price are ridiculous.
Pros:

The location is a bit rough, there is no crime but it is definitely not the best neighborhood in Athens. Nothing that would stop me to stay in the hotel again, the metro station is 1 min walking from the door. The hotel is great with a great view, I think it was great value specially because of the view from the rooftop.

Cons:

The bar prices are ridiculous, 9 euros for a beer is the most expensive I ever paid in any travel I have ever done around Europe. The rest of the prices around the hotel were ok and expected for a hotel.

Cons:

Bardzo mały pokój byłem w 3 osoby ( 2 dorosłe i jedno dziecko). Drugi minus to zablokowanie pieniędzy (która nie została uznana w momencie płacenia za pokój, ani później przy wymeldowaniu). Pieniądze wróciły na konto dopiero kilkanaście dni po zakończonym pobycie ….

Sadly, this stay didn't live up to our fond memories from two years ago, and we left disappointed.
Pros:

The view from the rooftop was stunning and a definite highlight. Room service made things convenient, being able to order meals straight to our room, and the TV selection was a nice touch for relaxing evenings.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing compared to our stay two years ago, when we were very happy and satisfied. This time, we noticed a clear decline in several areas - housekeeping, overall service quality, and the general mood of the staff all felt worse.

We arrived before check-in time, which we expected, so we asked in advance if an early check-in might be possible. The hotel replied that their staff would do their best to accommodate our request and make our stay as comfortable as possible. In reality, when we asked at reception (named Petros), the receptionist simply said "no," with no further effort to help. We then asked if we could at least wait in the lobby (to which he didn't even answer), and ended up waiting several hours, which was fine since we had anticipated it. However, the room we were eventually given was far from ready - it hadn't been cleaned, there was broken glass on the floor, the shower door was broken, and the shower itself was very small, despite our earlier request for a bathtub going unanswered. The room also had an unpleasant smell and clearly hadn't been prepared for new guests. After complaining, we were moved to a second room, which was somewhat better but still not properly cleaned - the floor was dirty and the shower gel bottle was empty (among other things). Breakfast was another letdown, with noticeably fewer options than before. Even the available dishes often lacked flavor, such as eggs that barely tasted like eggs, while fruit choices were minimal and drinks were limited to one type of juice and water.

Overall, what was once a wonderful hotel experience has clearly declined, and we left feeling disappointed rather than satisfied and this was definitely our last stay at this hotel.

Flot roof top og pool med udsigt udover byen.

Cons:

Personalet i restauranten/ buffeten virkede ikke særlig glade og imødekommende.

Great location! Wonderful rooftop pool and bar with plenty of seating and parasols to keep shade when it got too hot

Cons:

We found both upstairs and neighboring guests quite noisy, noise travelled very easily between the rooms

Spacious room, clean, great beakfast, nice staff.
Metro station is just roubd the corner and in 10 mins you are in city center.

Cons:

Location is the only “critical” thing. Surrounding is bad, Omonia is very close and this is maybe the uggliest central zone in Athens.

Staff, great breakfast, very close to Sintagma, Metro just around the corner.

Cons:

Micro location is “critical” as it is uggly and not probably safe to walk comfortably out of main streets.
