Amazing experience with the bay view and great team
Pros:

We spent an amazing time at the hotel. The room is very clean with a mind-blowing view of the bay. The team is very professional and welcoming. They took care of us and are always helpful.

Fantastic stay, effortless, convenient and wonderful staff
Pros:

The large room size and massive bed were so welcome at the end of my Japan trip. I really appreciated the ample space for two cases. Slightly more out of the way, but within quick walking distance from 2 subway stations and fantastic views of the bay and rainbow bridge to be enjoyed alongside excellently efficient room service.
I stayed here before flying home from Narita, the transfer in a taxi was so quick, which was an additional bonus for an early flight home.

Cons:

I’d stayed in Ginza at the beginning of my trip and had enjoyed feeling more in the middle of it all, the hotel is in a quieter area, so if that’s not your speed, then it’s something to be aware of.

An overall excellent stay and a property that we'd consider staying at again in the future.
Pros:

The room had a river view albeit with construction sites that were also part of this view (no fault of the hotel). The entire staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The Club Lounge, which was an additional option with our room, was also excellent, with good evening finger food options/drinks and a wonderful view of the rainbow bridge. The property also abutted other commercial venues that are in easy walking distance, including a light rail train station that offers connections to other popular locations around the city. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent!

Cons:

Our room was a bit dark/dated, or appeared so and the bathroom lighting, while adequate, was not as bright as I would have liked. We had no other issues with the property. The hotel was also much smaller than expected, so while this was a bit surprising when we first arrived, it did not negatively impact our stay. In fact, we found this to be a positive aspect of the property in that it was not excessively crowded.
