Mancanza wi fi illuminazione camera carente
Tolle Aussichtslage am Ende der Bucht. Man kann mit dem Auto bis zum erhöht gelegenen Zimmerblock fahren.
Auch für Weitwanderer geeignet. Sie machen auch Jausenpakete.
Wlan funktioniert nur vor den Zimmern.
Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, Alternativen sind weit weg. Essen aber gut.
Die Zufahrt könnte einen Bagger plus Walze gut vertragen.

Alas, we were only there for one night, however, we took the time to enjoy the sunset while eating dinner off the terrace. The food was wonderful the veal limione was out of this world. We also enjoyed the veal saltimbocca, the clams, spaghetti, and the mussels. dessert we had the Panna cotta with the caramel sauce and the fried ravioli. Both were wonderful. When we sat down, there were two other guests at individual tables and then a family of 16. Everybody was smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves. The facilities are nice very tall ceilings. There are three buildings with what appears to be 10 rooms each. The rooms are equipped with air conditioner, of course but the bathrooms include shower toilet and bidet. There’s a workspace. Should you need it, God help you if you do. I will say that you have to travel on dirt road for a few hundred meters to get to the hotel. Beyond that everybody was lovely to deal with. Also, there’s a breakfast that’s included and for us that was cappuccino Cornetto etc. I would certainly recommend it.
Review coming down and the lights in the town to the cove were beautiful at dinner and equally beautiful just after sunrise in the morning. Both were peaceful views to enjoy.

Il posto è posizionato a mezza collina con vista direttamente sulla fantastica spiaggia di Portixeddu. La struttura,sebbene necessiterebbe di qualche piccola manutenzione, offre materassi comodi, ristorante di buon livello ed una vista mozzafiato. su una spiaggia dorata lunga circa 3.5 km corredata di mare splendido. Personale e’ molto gentile e sempre disponibile
Auto basse e moto richiedono qualche accortezza per percorrere i circa 500 metri di sterrato necessari a raggiungere la struttura
La vue est sympa
L'accès est très difficile avec une pente très raide , beaucoup de trou , impossible avec une voiture un peu basse et beaucoup trop loin pour pouvoir y accéder a pied ! La climatisation marchait très mal et l'homme a l'accueil a été très désagréable avec mon conjoint !
De plus, envahi par les guêpes au petit déjeuner !

Un accès difficile pour arriver à l’hôtel.
Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura in gruppo, occupando un totale di quattro camere (una quadrupla, una tripla e due doppie). La struttura ha sicuramente dei punti di forza notevoli: la posizione è veramente magnifica, immersa nel verde con una splendida vista panoramica sul mare, e il ristorante di pesce è ottimo. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata segnata da alcune mancanze di cura nelle camere e da una gestione dei problemi poco reattiva.
La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, un panorama incantevole e un'ottima cucina, ma servirebbe decisamente una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione delle camere e un approccio più professionale e accogliente per valorizzare davvero il soggiorno degli ospiti.
Manutenzione e sicurezza: Durante la notte, la branda del letto in una delle stanze si è improvvisamente rotta mentre una mia amica stava dormendo. Segnalato l'accaduto la mattina seguente direttamente alla proprietà, la risposta è stata solo un sbrigativo "mi dispiace", senza un reale tentativo di scusarsi concretamente, verificare il danno o proporre un rimedio rapido.
Illuminazione e confort delle stanze: L'illuminazione nelle camere era decisamente insufficiente. Le stanze risultavano troppo buie e con diverse lampadine mancanti o non funzionanti, rendendo praticamente impossibile persino truccarsi la sera.
Problemi nei bagni delle doppie: Entrambe le stanze doppie presentavano diversi difetti da sistemare. In particolare, l'acqua della doccia era difficile da miscelare (usciva o troppo calda o troppo fredda) e il rubinetto del bidet risultava rotto, rendendo la permanenza poco confortevole.
Colazione e servizio: Una mattina i cornetti serviti erano visibilmente bruciati alla base. Facendolo presente al personale di sala, ci è stato risposto semplicemente che erano terminati, senza offrire un'alternativa.
