Very pleasant stay . I will return.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. Good variety. Billie on the front desk the evening we arrived , having driven through the storms , was so kind and accommodating.

Cons:

We had a bathroom door ( rm 320) that didn’t operate properly .

The elevator had an awful odor. Not sure what the issue was but it smelled like maybe water settled under the floor, like a wet carpet.

I will stay there again. Please consider for breakfast foods every don't eat pork. Otherwise, it was a stay over for my husband and I! We enjoyed our stay. I liked that they had a drink bar with water, coffee set right up front, the near from office where visitors can have access to it. Thank you!

Cons:

That The on meat was pork, also Please fix the table bell hops, so whenever we bring our items back to the room and back down to the front.

Won't be staying there again.
Pros:

Employees were both gracious and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

The air conditioner controls could have worked better. We woke up to water all over the bathroom floor out into the tiled entryway to the room. It appears the toilet pump stuck causing it to overflow. What looked like mold on the ceiling and above the shower. Repairs to the sheetrock on the bathroom ceiling poorly finished. The phone charger next to the bed and the outlet next to the bed did not work.

This Hampton Inn has always been a bit of home for us. The location is a good one.
Pros:

It's in a convenient location to places we were going to. We have stayed here for years, so it's a comfortable place for us.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely getting older, and it was beginning to show. I thought I was dizzy at first, since the floor in our room on the 2nd floor seemed to be sinking some, and there was a definite leaning going from the bedroom area to the bathroom. There had been a lot of patching done on the wall near the bathtub. We had no wash rags in our room, but it was understandable when we asked that they had run short and were probably waiting on some to dry.

The property needs a major face lift. The elevator had a horrible stench. One of the pillow ls in our room was smeared with makeup. The breakfast was average. Not the Hampton name I am familiar with. Very disappointed

Wouldn’t stay again- not your typical Hampton
Pros:

Staff was nice - bed was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Deadbolt on door did not work, furniture was stained, looked unsanitary, breakfast area and selection was small. Very loud and bright location at night with light coming through windows.

I won’t be returning to this hotel.
Pros:

The bed was made.

Cons:

The location was sketchy. The staff seemed miserable. The elevator had an awful smell. The room was very dated. The elevator broke down at one point and I was in a boot and unable to use the stairs so that was very inconvenient. We ended up checking out 12 hours early.
