Comfortable and accessible.
Pros:

Overall clean and good service from the front desk and buggy staff. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. We requested for a high floor and the hotel arranged it for us. Thank you.

Cons:

Nothing major. The bathroom was slightly flooded after each shower, perhaps it is the design of the bathtub and drainage.

No recomiendo este hotel, en particular por los baños

La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

El WC estaba atascado. Nos quejamos el mismo dia que llegamos y dijeron que un técnico lo miraria.
El segundo dia en teoria estaba arreglado. Sin embargo, fue un desastre porque seguia atascado. Subió una persona con desatascador, una vez se fue, seguia atascado!
Bajé a recepción a pedir que nos cambien de habitación dado que podia ser un desastre. Me dijeron que si, que fuera de visita por Bangkok y a la vuelva nos cambiarian.
No fue así. Llegamos y dijeron que ya estaba arreglado (por tercera o cuarta vez).
Pues como no cambiaron ni arreglaron, dejamos un regalo en el WC (no tenia otra opción)

A parte, la ducha terrible. No se quien la diseñó pero menudo genio. Por fuera de la bañera las baldosas hacen como una pequeña canal que llevan el agua hasta el borde y lo derrama todo. El lavabo se pone perdido de agua.

En fin, un desastre absoluto.

really appreciated the convenience of the buggy service. Staff was helpful and polite.

Cons:

There was a strange smell (at lobby and in the lift), and both the pillow and towel had an unpleasant odor. I had expected a pleasant Thai aroma, which would have made the stay much more inviting. Limited breakfast choice.

Great base for exploring Bangkok
Pros:

Great location. 10-15 min Walk to Ratchaprarop Station - trains connect you to everywhere in Bangkok.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and bed comfortable. Already booked to stay again 😀

Pros:

The personnel was super nice and helpful ! We want to thank them for their warm welcome ! The room was just as described and we were satisfied with the equipments.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit isolated from Bangkok’s nightlife and city center. It’s not a big issue, seeing as you can walk there (about 15minutes). Just worth mentioning for reference 😊

Pros:

Even the staff wasn't fully ready at 6 am when I arrived. The chef named Mr. Bee see picture made up for it. He made my day and prepared delicious cheese omelette etc for me. Big selection of everything.
I recommend the buffet breakfast to everyone.

Great hotel, amazing service, birthday surprise
Pros:

We spent two nights at Loft Bangkok Hotel, and it just happened to be during my sister’s birthday. I was so surprised when I asked for an extra pillow, and the reception told us to check the fridge for a birthday cake! It was such a thoughtful touch. My sister was thrilled with the experience. We had stayed at two five-star hotels/resorts in Pattaya before this, and none of them did anything like this. Truly outstanding hospitality.

The staff were all super professional and friendly—they genuinely made us feel welcomed. Their service is on par with, if not better than, many five-star establishments I’ve stayed at.

The hotel itself has a modern Scandinavian décor, perfect for millennial travelers. It’s very convenient, with two lifts and even weight machines for luggage, which was great for us as we were heading back home. The location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk from Pratunam and not too far from Sukhumvit. There’s also a 7-Eleven just two minutes away, surrounded by plenty of eateries.

When I asked them to spray the room due to a slight odor, they immediately offered to move us to another room, which was so kind. Usually, hotel TVs are used for advertisements, but they played K-pop idol music videos, which made the experience more fun and wholesome. Also, the blanket is satin.

The lobby has lots of seating and a café, and they even offer a massage service in-house. I highly recommend this hotel!
