Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes Check-in. Wir hatten das superior DZ im 2. Stock, hat für uns gepasst mit grossem Badezimmer. Fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Leute die später heimkommen, sollten leiser sein. Bar auf dem Dach hatte nach 21:00 schon zu, stand offen bis 22:00. Benutzte Teller beim Frühstück werden nicht abgeräumt!

Emplacement idéal. Personnel aimable et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre très confortable.

Cons:

Seul bémol, l’absence de veilleuse de lecture individuelle pour lire sans déranger son conjoint.

Chic hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Really beautiful and comfortable hotel in an absolutely fantastic location. The staff were lovely and really enjoyed the extra perks you get, like macaroons in the room and a free welcome drink. Had a standard room and it was plenty big enough and very stylish. Where we were situated, our room was very quiet. Didn't include breakfast so cant comment on that and sadly roof terrace was closed due to weather.

Cons:

Very very little to criticize. We thought we had included breakfast in our booking but it was not on record. The staff were brilliant at trying to help us. We did not add it on as there were lots of lower cost options nearby. We had requested a twin room which we were informed early on they may not be able to offer and in the end we were in a double but it was very comfortable.

Great location
Pros:

Great hotel close to everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and provided some recommendations on what to do and see.

Cons:

We did ask for twin beds, which we did not get but the king bed was large enough for the two of us.

Pros:

La habitación preciosa. Llena de detalles . Nota regalo de bienvenida . Además de café. Infusiones. Agua de cortesía..etc .. detalle de bufet durante todo el día y copa X la noche gratis . Personal súper atento . Llovió y había paraguas para el personal . Y nos dieron tb algunas galletas el ultimos día cundo dejamos la habitación. El lugar inmejorable, hay varios sitios para comer que están muy muy bien .

Loved your excellent staff! Location was good. Be prepared to do a lot of walking.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and amazing offering us advice on where to dine etc. Magda and the John (not sure how to write his name) were exceptional!!

Cons:

As a Travel agent traveling with 3 other clients I had requested twin beds month before trip. I was not happy when I had to share a bed with my client. My other two clients were also given a room to share bed but they did manage to find a twin room for them. We had previously stayed at Moon & Sun in Lisbon and really liked there set up for breakfast much better.
We did go to breakfast one day and it was so crowded we had to wait for a table. By that time, coffee empty and we had to ask for things that were empty on the buffet. Did not think it was worth the charge.

Great centrally located comfortable hotel
Pros:

Centrally located near to bars and restaurants and close to a metro station. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the breakfast was great too. The towels were a decent size and the room had a kettle and a coffee maker. There was a lift to the upper floors and there was a rooftop bar where we enjoyed some great live music on 2 occasions during our stay. We did have a issue with the speakers in the room making odd noises but that was quickly sorted.

Cons:

The room was quite small as was the en-suite but it did have a great, big shower! Our room was street -facing but it was a quiet street except on the Friday night! We weren't able to open the windows as there was two sets of windows but the air-conditioning worked well. There was limited hanging space with few hangers, however they did bring us more hangers on request. The biggest problem was the fact that there were no drawers or shelves to put other clothes into so a lot had to stay in the suitcase!
I also didn't like the fact that we had to put any drinks/snacks that we had on the room table, however, it was 100% correct on check-out.

Super, modern hotel in a great area
Pros:

Modern, friendly hotel in a great area…kettle in the room and breakfast are open for snacks in the afternoon . Comfy beds and serviced rooms - superb. The welcome drink is very welcome !

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein.
In einem schmalen Schrank stand eine Kaffeemaschine und man konnte keine Kleider aufhängen, weil sonst Ärmel und Jeans in die Kaffeemaschine und Teebeutel, Tassen etc. hineingehangen wären!
Kleiderhaken im Raum und eine Ablage fehlten.
Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an Ausgehlokalen. Der Lärmpegel bis nach Mitternacht ist hoch.
Das Personal an der Reception war teils unfreundlich und arrogant.

Frühstücksraum im Keller.
Zimmerservice war nicht aufmerksam.
Am 1.Tag fehlten Handtücher, am 2.Tag Tassen, am 3. Tag Seife :-(.
Personal an der Rezeption dürfte etwas freundlicher sein.
