Great Hotel for a Stop Off
Pros:

The room was very clean and really comfortable with a nice balcony looking over the pool, which itself was a good size with plenty of sunbeds.

Cons:

We had trouble finding our room as the map of the hotel wasn't very good. Also, the hotel is quite a way out of the town itself so it is a good 20 minute walk

Pros:

The rooms are comfy and modern and the pool was amazing and we loved the hot tub and the sauna and the fire pit was so fun for whole family and great friendly staff

A modern, relaxing, and clean stay in Penticton
Pros:

Felt quite clean and recently renovated. The hot tub was very nice and warm. I like the 11am check out, gives us an extra hour compared to most places.
The value was excellent and the whole experience and enjoyable.
I really enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, and hot tub.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was what I expected from the photos and description.

The hotel has many nice amenities. Due to the time of year, it wasn’t very busy.
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful and well looked after. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and fire pits even though the weather was cool. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the front and back deck. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Having the Local Pub on site was very handy.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room was situated next to a corridor that housed the ice machine, and underneath our room on the ground floor was the hotel laundry room. We heard machines operating at all times of the day. We had already settled in before we realized the noise. It would seem the rooms aren’t very sound proof. We also heard another guest located beside us coughing all night - luckily it was only one night.
