I would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. Great location for the doctor visits we had

First night room above us was loud stomping at 11.

No visible in our room or lobby through our stay but we did saw cockroach in the halls.

Served its purpose but not to the level expected based on the pictures online.
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to my conference center.

Cons:

Breakfast attendant was rude, didn’t bother fixing things brought to her attention. Pool was closed. Blow dryer in my room was broken and blew cold air. Ironing board in room was broken. Dead cockroaches found in my room. Hallway on 2nd floor was extremely hot.

They need to get stuff that's more welcoming to their customers because maybe that wouldn't even made us stay mo
Pros:

It was okay. The carpets in halls were musty. There were bugs in bathroom. The breakfast was so so. If you just need somewhere to sleep and be out all day, it's OK but if you wanna relax and enjoy your room, it's not that kind of place. Even for the price not so hot.

Cons:

It was conveniently located off the freeway, easy access to streets, and to where we needed to go.
