A world-class hotel offering exceptional service, luxurious accommodation and outstanding dining.
Pros:

Our stay at the Raffles Hotel Shenzhen was exceptional from start to finish and truly reflected the high standards associated with the Raffles brand.

The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a first-class guest experience.

The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and luxurious, offering both comfort and elegance. One of the highlights was the spa bath overlooking the Shenzhen skyline, which provided a relaxing and memorable experience, particularly in the evening with the city lights on display.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options catering to different tastes and preferences.

The Long Bar on the 71st floor was another standout feature of the hotel. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the cocktails were expertly crafted, making it the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the spectacular views.

Dining at Yun Jing Cantonese Restaurant on the 70th floor was equally impressive. The food was beautifully presented, authentic, and full of flavour, delivering a memorable dining experience in a stunning setting.

Overall, Raffles Shenzhen exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the exceptional service and luxurious accommodation to the outstanding dining and bar experiences, it was a truly memorable stay that we would highly recommend.

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

The property was spectacular and the service was the best I’ve experienced anywhere. All the staff were solicitous and extremely welcoming. My room was very spacious and well appointed. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure the guests’ every need or want was anticipated. The facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Nothing. It was exceptionally great value and a delightful place to stay.

방의 크기는 컸지만 샤워 부스 도어 앞의 발매트는 문을 여닫을 때마다 끼었고 화장실 문은 세면대와 겹쳐져서 불편했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 여행가방 픽업서비스 시간을 전날 예약했음에도 잘 지켜지지 않아서 실망했습니다. 싱가포르 래플즈의 좋은 기억으로 선택한 호텔이었는데 다른 느낌의 호텔이었습니다.
