We had an awesome stay at Maison. The property is charming, our room with a balcony had a great view, the breakfast was good, and the staff was outstanding! Everyone we interacted with was great, but Moon and Tina went above and beyond. Moon even let me borrow her scooter when I realized that I left my water bottle on our overnight bus!

Wir haben mehrere Tage hier verbracht und sind begeistert. Schöne Unterkunft, sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Aber vor allem waren alle super freundlich. Nette Gespräche, super Tipps für Ausflüge basierend auf der aktuellen Wettervorhersagen. Vor allem Tina ist wirklich super und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Good location

Had a wonderful and memorable stay at Maison de Sapa, making the trip to Sapa the more special. Very friendly, and helpful staffs. The attic room’s very spacious, and very reasonably priced.

Location is good as well, just a short walk to city centre, and yet it’s on the quieter side from the hustle and bustle of the lively city centre of Sapa.

The breakfast and dinner was very nice as well. Warm, hearty and feels like home-cooked food, which I absolutely love.

Highly recommend this place!

Lovely room with comfy beds, staff was super nice and help with everything.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso la struttura, che si trova in una zona perfetta per visitare Sa Pa e in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort.
Aveva anche un bellissimo balcone con vista montagne.
Nella struttura sono sempre a disposizione degli ospiti bevande e acqua filtrata.
Moon, dello staff della struttura, è stata gentilissima, disponibile ed estremamente cordiale. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno semplicemente perfetto.
Assolutamente consigliato!!

Room was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the free banana and tea at breakfast. The reception staff is really cute & friendly! She speaks great English and always does her best to accommodate our requests. My favourite part is laundry costs 40,000vnd per kg and you get it back in the same day. So nice to have freshly laundered clothes. The patio outside is also really nice to hang out at. It’s located right next to a halal restaurant and only 7 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. There’s a cafe I really like nearby too. This will be my choice of hotel the next time I come to Sa Pa for sure

Close to the main bus stop. The property was super clean and the host (Tina and Moon) were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
They helped with recommendations to go around and bookings as well.
Property is very close to known cafes. Loved my stay .

Comfortable mountain-style hotel with amazing staff

Wir hatten einen super gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig herzlich und nett! Der Aufenthaltsbereich lädtnzum verweilen ein und ist auch bei regnerischem Wetter sehr gemütlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug kamen und unser Zimmer bereits frei war, konnten wir früher einchecken. Auch Rollermiete, Taxi und Gepäckaufbewahrung war super unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!
