Geat location would come back
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. The breakfast was very nice- good buffet.

Cons:

When I booked I asked for a balcony- and was told maybe on arrival. At check in, the staff said no balcony was available- no wait- yes- the very best balcony room WAS available. Turns out- our room had one of the worst balconies- the staff was just bull**** us.

Excelente opção no centro de Lisboa
Pros:

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários cordiais.....mas, o ponto mais positivo é a Localização, sem dúvida.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto nao gelava. Isso pode ser um problema no verão. Para nós, nao foi problema pois a temperatura nao estava tao alta.
O preço nao é dos melhores mas, se puder pagar, vale a pena.

El desayuno es muy completo, está muy bien ubicado y la habitación tenía buena ventilación con ventana a la calle de atrás.

Cons:

El ascensor es pequeño y hay que subir un tramo de escalera para acceder al mismo.

호시우 광장 가까운 호텔로 강추!

광장에서 가까워서 어디든 가기 편했어요~
건물이 오래되서 그렇지 내부는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다!
조식 먹는 곳 뷰가 호시우 광장인데 너무 이쁘고 조식 퀄리티도 괜찮아서 하루 밤 묵고 가는데 가격 대비 너무 좋았어요~

광장이 가깝다 보니까 좀 시끄럽습니다
그치만 피곤해서 그런지 금방 잠들어서 저희는 괜찮았습니다~

Great staff, clean and good location, but high price for tired rooms and malfunctioning aircon
Pros:

Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything very clean. Breakfast has something for everyone, including fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and yoghurt which we liked. The coffee was excellent and small pastel de nata (custard tarts) with coffee was a nice touch. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, the bath/shower worked well and a bottle of water every day was also welcome.

Cons:

We were informed that the air conditioning did not work. Our room on the top (5th) floor overlooked the narrow street at the rear of the hotel and although it was possible to open the doors to the small balcony for cool air at night, we suffered badly from mosquitoes that seemed to swarm one night - sleepless nights and dozens of itchy bites. It was noisy with people and trash collections (bottles being the loudest) between midnight and 2:00am. The furniture in the bedrooms was a bit tired - retro fittings are great but the wardrobes and carpets needed a refresh.
