Excepcional ubicación. Personal tremendamente amable. Desayuno muy abundante. Muy limpio

Entrada al hotel con escaleras muy estrechas. Cuartos de baño muy antiguos, con bañera y cortinas antiguas. Poco iluminado. Armarios muy antiguos. La nevera no enfría nada.

La habitación en general muy confortable. Son muy limpio y cambian las toallas cada día. Si reformaran los cuartos de baño, es hotel pasaría de bien a excepcional, porque verdaderamente la gente es maravillosa y la ubicación genial

Perfect location!
Pros:

This hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location. Breakfast great, rooms great. Everything on your doorstep. Only minor downside is some noise as its close to bars but it wasnt late and the location more than made up for it. Minor issues were bar was not well stocked whuch is a shame as its a nice space...and safety deposit box broke.

Cons:

No safety deposit or tea/coffee making facilities.

Fantastic hotel in a Superb location.
Pros:

The staff were super. But, a word of advice when using a taxi link they send you to pre book a car from the airport to the hotel... It's double the price of a local taxi, although not hugely bank testing, it is more about principle!

Wonderful hospitality for our first introduction to beautiful Lisbon!
Pros:

The Rossio location is excellent with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast had extensive options and a nice staff. The biggest asset to your hotel was the front desk clerk (I am probably misspelling his name, Joua). He was extremely informative and helpful to everyone that came to the hotel.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about!

Lovely Lisbon Hotel

Lokasjon, fine store rom

Cons:

Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. De har en enkel bar hvor man kan kjøpe sprit eller øl. Burde og ha vin med det hadde de heller ikke. Virket ikke som baren ble brukt og var derfor ikke noe de brydde seg om.
