Lovely reception staff, great location.
The room was not made up fully before I checked in, no hand soap, missing bath mat/towel, empty tea bag sachet left in dish, coffee pod already pierced, empty used water bottle on the floor sticking out from under the edge of the bed and visibly obvious as I walked cross the room. Made me feel the room hadn't been cleaned properly and given a full housekeeping after a previous guest.

The closeness to Metro Victoria Cross allowed us to get to Vivid and the City very easily. We travelled to Sydney by train and took only 30 minutes to travel to our hotel, with steps.
I much prefer the view over Miller Street rather than the view over the car park for adjacent buildings. Local dining options are very limited especially on a long weekend.

Good base for walking across the Harbour Bridge and exploring the harbour shores.
The shower setup in the accessible room results in a lot of water going out onto the bathroom floor and it does not drain away. A bathmat is not really up to the job of dealing with this. A squeegee in the bathroom would be a useful addition. Not a big issue but the floor would have stayed wet the entire time if I hadn't used the bathmat to sweep the water back into the shower area.
The sauna and steam room were pretty good. A drying rack in the laundry closet of the room would help with drying clothing that gets wet in the sauna and showering process.
This hotel is well-located near to the metro station, a range of cafes and a supermarket and in a very leafy part of North Sydney. The rooms are very spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. We have stayed several times. Would recommend to others!

A couple of things.
-Why do you not do a room service on a Sunday? Paying premium rates in a Quest Hotel in North Sydney, I would expect this as a minimum, ESPECIALLY over a long weekend!
-The rates for parking are ridiculous!! $59 for Thursday night and then $49 per night thereafter - you are out of touch! In the Ward Street Council carpark (which I didn’t realise was what you were outsourcing to) is a FLAT $13 per 24 hour period over the weekend and public holiday and $30 per day pre-paid. So, I paid direct to your hotel $208.47 for the 4 night’s and if I would have booked direct with Ward Street Council Parking it would have been $69. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I would like an explanation for the above as it REEKS of profiteering!
Quest is in a great location. The Metro is just a short walk away. The room itself was spacious with a lounge area, kitchen and separate bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The location was excellent being right by the Vic Cross metro station. The staff were excellent and came and set up the cot for me. The amenities in the room were great.
The access via the North Sydney carpark was not suitable if you have bulky luggage or a stroller. The noise level from the street side can sometimes be a bit loud with motorbikes passing by/
