Perfect location; shame about the lack of ammenities.

No safe - “we can get you one” became We can’t get you one” Too bad you’ve unpacked now…..
Room service not provided on one day.

Great location and very happy to stay here rather than in the noisy CBD

THE ACCOMMODATION WAS VERY GOOD AND CLOSE TO THE METRO IF YOU WANTED TO GO INTO THE CITY.
Pros:

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING COULD NOT DO ENOUGH TO HELP US. THEY SPOKE TO US EACH TIME WE LEFT AND ARRIVED BACKK TO THE ACCOMMOATION. THE PROPERTY WAS COSE TO THE NEW METRO AT VICTORIA CROSS.
THE CAFE DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY GOOD GREAT COFFEE AND FOOD

We had a very nice stay in the apartment ,everything was how we expected.
Pros:

The proximity to the public transport and supermarkets and lots of eating places,the fact there was reception everyday till about 11 pm. The staff on reception were always happy ,friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really everything was fine.

Great facilities and convenient location for business travellers
Pros:

Great location, just a few steps from the Victoria Cross Metro Station, a grocery store and a few restaurants and pubs. Having my own laundry facilities in the room was excellent, although the reception team told me that they have a comunal laundry which is free of charge for guests that don't have their own washing machines. Really great that they provide you free laundry soap and dishwasher soap too. Friendly staff and room size was excellent!

Cons:

The kitchen lacked some basic essentials, such as a spatcheler, serving spoon, oven mitts and paper towel. I did phone the reception and they sent up a spatcheler immediately. The bed is on wheels, so moves around easily, which is a bit of a pain. Also, the plug points in the room are all used and the only USB ports in the room are on the clock radio, which makes charging devices difficult. Small issues, otherwise a great stay!

The carpet was a strange design and a bit off putting.
