Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Front desk experience was poor. The member of staff was patronising and spoke to me in a manner that left a lot to be desired

great location but limited service
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, quiet at night and very clean. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I had almost no interaction with human beings. Check in and check out were done electronically and the only cleaner I saw couldn't raise a smile. I did see staff in the bar and at breakfast and they were great, but at this price I don't expect to be an unpaid receptionist. I hated the bed being against the wall both sides. It makes it very difficult to get out. Goodness knows how the cleaning staff manage.

Fantastic
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel in the most central location with a 3 minute walk to St Stephens Green. Definitely my go to hotel in Dublin. The beds were super comfortable and the room spacious and really clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful

Good breakfast. Nice staff

Cons:

They wanted to charge me extra 20 euros for early checkin, it was 1:30 pm and they told me the room was ready bur I had to pay extra if I wanted to get to my room before 3pm. No hotel in the world does that. No minibar, no hairdryer. The currains didnt close 100 % a little gap let light inside. The room was not silent at all, you could hear every door from the other rooms being closed at any hour

Pros:

Központi helyen van, a város megismeréséhez, esti sétákhoz tökéletes. Ha az ember csak alszik itt, arra megfelelő. A reggeli finom volt, és a kávé a szobában is nagyon jól esett. Az ágy elsőre furcsa volt, faltól, falig ér, nem lehet körbejárni, de amúgy hatalmas és nagyon kényelmes. Örültem a mi szabványos konnektorunknak is, mert persze az átalakítót elfelejtettem…

Cons:

Sajnos a zuhanyzó falán az előző vendég hosszú hajszálai ott maradtak, ez elég rosszul érintett. Hiányzott egy szekrény, a 3 darab fogas kevés volt nekem. Kár, hogy nem nyitható az ablak.
