I liked the security on the lifts, where access to the upper floors needs to be authorised by the use of one's key card.

Nothing come to mind
The greatest advantage of this hotel is its location, which is a stone's throw away from Dublin's main shopping and eating district. Easy to be picked up by taxi/uber as well from its driveway. Breakfast and meals at its restaurant exceeded my expectations- very good food and good service.
The only mishap was that bath towels I got upon arrival were blood stained- stains that had not been removed by the wash. It was impossible to miss them, makes you wonder how any member of staff could have allocated these to a clean room. Staff at reception were not very helpful either when asking about general information and when asking about an iron/ironing board. I had to ask twice and wait for at least 20 minutes for it to arrive, although I had been reassured upon arrival that it was a matter of minutes for me to get one upon request if I needed it.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was ok, not amazing. Would’ve liked a la carte options as well as the buffet. I’m GF and limited options. The staff were very accommodating but not 4* service and not a lot
Of staff around. Rooms were lovely and cosy but again, pretty basic and not the cleanest. I had really dusty feet walking on the floor (even after a shower)
