L’emplacement, l’accueil, la propreté
Chambre petite. On accède au lit par le bas, pas sûr les côtés . Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Pas de balais wc. Pas de sachets de thé ou infusion alors qu’il y a une bouilloire. Quelques manques au petit déjeuner comme pancakes ou crêpes
Struttura molto bella e in una posizione più che perfetta. Il centro era letteralmente dietro l'angolo, a pochissimi metri. La Hall, bar e ristorante curati nei minimi dettagli, esteticamente bellissimi. Personale molto disponibile.
La camera aveva le dimensioni giuste per un breve soggiorno. Letto King size comodo. Ho apprezzato la presenza degli accappatoi (oltre gli asciugamani) e dell'acqua in bottiglia disponibile gratuitamente. Presenti anche prese USB ed europee oltre che quella irlandese. In bagno sono presenti Fazzoletti, saponetta, e bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo in doccia. Colazione intercontinentale ricca e gustosa. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Presenti anche svariati tipi di latte vegetale. Ci tornerei.
La cosa più fastidiosa probabilmente è stata l'aria condizionata. Il pannello di controllo andava per conto suo e spesso ci siamo ritrovati a notte fonda a doverci alzare per spegnerla poiché si era attivata da sola e ci siamo congelati. È capitato più volte. In camera è presente la finestra ma non è possibile aprirla e arieggiare. Non c'è un armadio ma solo 3 grucce a muro e un cassettone sotto al letto. Come letto in altre recensioni, in bagno era presente solo un appendino, quindi non si sapeva dove appoggiare i vari asciugamani. La porta inoltre è di vetro, non è possibile chiuderla del tutto.
La mensola sotto la tv e il cassettino con caffè, zucchero etc erano un po' impolverati. Migliorerei la pulizia della camera. Per ciò che riguarda il prezzo... a quanto pare a Dublino è assolutamente la norma.

The staff on Reception were friendly and helpful.
When checking out I was asked about our stay and when I explained that two members of the housekeeping team let themselves into our room early in the morning on two separate occasions within 15 minutes of each other, the Receptionist was most concerned and apologetic.
We were given an upgrade because the cosy king room was overbooked. This was not a problem but the room itself did not luxury. The room was big enough and although the bed was comfortable, there was only one pillow per person, I would expect at least two each.
The room was not particularly clean, lots of dust on surfaces and stains on net curtains. The coffee machine was extremely noisy and although tea bags were provided, the water dispensed by the coffee machine is not hot enough to make tea! A kettle is a must for making tea. There were fewer coat hangers than I would expect and the hairdryer was not in the room.
I got the impression that room had not been used for a while, which was reinforced when on two occasions within 15 minutes of each other members of the housekeeping team let themselves into our room early in the morning while we were in bed!! I asked the second member of staff why she had entered and she explained that our room was on a list to be cleaned and she was shocked it was occupied. I saw the sheet which did have our room number on it.
I am disappointed that although the receptionist apologised, a manager has not made contact to speak about this intrusion.
The service was outstanding; everybody was very friendly, accommodating and professional.

Location. Spacious, comfortable, clean lobby/bar/eating area. Friendly helpful reception and bar staff. Overall cleanliness. Value for money.
Location of bar toilets. I had a problem with tv in bedroom. Receptionist quickly sent worker to help. Worker was unfriendly. He didn't fix the problem because of his ineptitude
Location is brilliant, staff are excellent. Hotel is lovely and clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely
Rooms are basic but maybe it was my room. Hotel bar didn't open until 5pm so if you wanted to have a drink then you had to use a cart in reception
Kambaryje nebuvo spintos drabužiams, dviems žmonėms buvo tik trys pakabos drabužiams kambaryje, buvo tik vieną kėdė sėdėjimui, dviems žmonėms. Buvo du puodukai kavai, bet kaip gerti, jei sėdėti tik vieną kėdė. Langas neatsidarė visai, vėdinimas tik per kondicionierių. Vaizdas per langą į kitą pastatą.
