La terraza compartida con sillas y mesas para sentarse

Cons:

Que quedase tan lejos la recepción para entregar las llaves, deberían poner algo más cerca para ese alojamiento

La piscina

Cons:

Los apartamentos. Había cucarachas y lagartijas. Mi hija tiene fobia a estos bichos y lo pasó realmente mal. No nos cambiaron de apartamento porque no había disponibilidad. Creo que nos tendrían que haber compensado de alguna manera.

I will definitely not come back.
Pros:

I like the resort was nice and green, close to the ocean.

Cons:

We requested for the apartment close to the pool because of my poor health (lungs issues) but instead we got apartment at the top of the hill and I was losing my breath every single day trying to climb up all the stairs. We were told that TUI customers were prioritise over Booking.com. Apartament was not only the further one but ALSO on the first floor and there was no easy access for carrying up the luggage.
Another thing is that the pool area was definitely too overcrowded and every day we struggled to find a sun-chair to sit on because people left their towels and there was no one around, probably they were not even on the pool, it isn’t rights to book a sun-chair and then go away.
Also at the pool was not clean, a lot of spilled drink which was dangerous because somebody could slip on it. I’ve a seen a pool lifeguard literally kicking drink standing next to the pool and what was inside of it spilled on the ground, it was very unprofessional.

Son muy agradables y muy atentos.. desde los camareros y el personal de animación son muy divertidos

Lo único que no me gusta es que la tv son antigua pero por lo demás no tengo quejas

A mejorar
Pros:

El complejo está muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, la animación muy bien pero todo era en idioma extranjero

Cons:

En el solárium poco sombrilla ,costaba coger hamacas ya que estaban todas cogidas desde primera hora reservada por el extrajero y no aparecen en todo el día

El buffet todo perfecto, menos las última noche que una camarera y dicho Metre no coincidían en la información con dichas bebidas

Y a razón de lo que cobran me parece feo que ofrezcan agua del grifo
