Very clean and spacious

Everything - the staff truly went above and beyond when there was an air conditioning issue with our loft bedroom.

It’s a beautiful building to look at, both inside and out. Great design and furniture. The staff were very helpful. The kitchenette is well-stocked with utensils and cookware. You’d be able to prepare a full meal if needed.
On arrival, our room on the 6th floor was so hot that we couldn’t spend much time in there. The staff first provided us with a fan, and later moved us to a cooler room on the ground floor. Without any air con, the building really heats up like a greenhouse. I’d also add that the breakfast was very disappointing. There are a few ‘cooked’ options - which are pre-prepared and pre-boxed bagels or baps. All very dry. My partner said to me “I’ve never had a bap prepared with such little love!” We had a good laugh about how awful they were, but that’s the only thing we enjoyed.

Excellent location for a visit to central Manchester; the apartment we stayed was spacious, clean and had all we needed. It was quiet at night.
The bathroom has no windows and it was difficult getting the moist out. It was the only room with cigarettes smoke as someone likely from upstairs did smoke insight (and the smoke came through the ventilation)- We let reception known but it happened again; a bit annoying, but hardly to blame the hotel for it!

Room was lacking personal touches, coffee pod machine only had 1 pod for a 2 bedroom suite!!! TVs had poor picture image.
Nice big room and very comfy kingsize bed. Large bathroom as well with good quality shampoo and body wash.
Very friendly staff.
Breakfast was disappointing. There doesn't appear to be a kitchen, so nothing was freshly cooked. Better off going outside to one of the excellent cafes nearby.
