Great location and beautiful room!
Pros:

Locatie was amazing, everything very easy to reach by foot. Room had a nice aesthetic and felt like a proper living space.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit mid. I suppose they do not have much room to get an elaborate breakfast buffet, so this being the best they could do. All doors close fairly hard, in the sense of noise. When sleeping early or wanting to wake up a bit later, this is an issue.

Pros:

Loved how friendly the staff were and that the hotel was nice and quiet. Perfectly situated for visiting our daughters, easily access the canals for walking and also to get into town, the Northern Quarter and Ancoats for great restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons:

Wish that there had been Aircon in the room as it was so hot. The co-working space on the first floor was brilliant but too hot.

Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for comfort . Does the job but would be nicer places at cheaper prices

It was very dark and industrial and didn’t feel very homely . The rooms were very hot in a warm day with no source of a fan or air con . It was very noisey at night .
