A good hotel made excellent by its wonderful staff
Pros:

Kind, friendly and accommodating staff members

Cons:

Whilst there are some renovations needed, the rooms are clean and a lot of care has gone into ensuring they are comfortable. Great for a budget stay and really did not disappoint.

Pros:

The hotel, the room is good with big bed and clean.

Cons:

We were not happy that they charged us for the breakfast as our booking was BF included. The staff in dining room told us that since their guests are less so they don’t want to waste by making buffet line and showed us the menu for ala carte menu to choose. The guy confirmed us no extra charge, but the front desk charged us when checking out.
