Ar funciona muito bem, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã muuuuito bom

Cons:

Travesseiros pessimos, coberta só tinha aquela com pelos, para quem tem alergia foi pessimo, poucos armario ou mesinha para colocar as coisas dentro do quarto, deixamos muitas coisas no chão, mas acho q a pior reclamação são os travesseiros péssiiimos e oncobertor tambem muito ruim

A acomodação fica próximo ao shopping e os quartos são ok.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, os bolos estavam secos e não tinha muita variedade. Os colchões como em qualquer hotel poderiam ser melhores

Quartos amplos. Ambos (alojei-me em 2 períodos) com dois cômodos, arejados e dotados de mini-cozinha. Chuveiro ótimo e camas muito boa.

Bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Minha esposa e eu ficamos duas vezes no 103: antes do tour no Jalapão e depois dele. O 103 é um bom hotel. Bem localizado, limpo, organizado, suítes amplas, com duas peças (suítes 104 e 107), confortáveis, ambas contando com uma mini-cozinha. Dois aparelhos de ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e razoavelmente silenciosos. Bom café da manhã. Camas confortáveis e chuveiros ótimos. A maioria dos funcionários é simpática (nem todos). Internet boa (~ 40Mbps).

Cons:

Do barulho pela manhã, não dos hóspedes que saem cedo para embarcar nos veículos das operadoras do Jalapão, mas dos funcionários, que conversam em tom de voz mais alto do que o adequado. Creio que uma conversa da gerência com os colaboradores ajudaria a resolver o assunto.
