Pros:

De tudo, organização das toalhas em sacos plásticos para evitar contaminação e sujar sem necessidade. Ter prateleira no box e quarto privativo para o casal e as pessoas solteiras em outro ambiente, se isso fosse exposto no aplicativo, eu teria decidido com mais certeza e rapidez. Portanto, me surpreendeu positivamente a estrutura da acomodação. Avisos de sustentabilidade me deixaram feliz. Itens de higiene de qualidade. Gostei muito do café da manhã, com frutas e a salada de frutas e vários ingredientes para acrescentar na mesma.

Cons:

Da cama de casal, tem uma divisão rígida no meio, além do colchão não ser confortável. E os travesseiros são muito fofos.
Adorei o café da manhã. Mas, sugiro trocar a salsicha por carne moída ou patê de frango, pois a salsicha não é saudável.

O café da manhã excelente! Localização do Hotel excelente! Os profissionais sempre atenciosos e muito prestativos, não deixaram nehuma duvida sobre nossa estadia e principalmente sobre a cidade de Palmas e seus arredores.

Cons:

Estava tudo excelente! Não ocorreu nenhum problema a ser relatado, pois caso tivesse existido os profissionais do Hotel teriam com certeza resolvido, por isso não teve nada que desagradou nossa estadia.
