Chambre mal aérée, moqiette dans tout l'ètablissement, manque de ptopreté et d'aération au restaurant. Personnel au restaurant, non accueillant, ne dit pas bonjour à la clientèle, stressé, aigri par les tâches à accomplir, pas à l'écoute du cloent, pas de petites tasses pour prendre un expresso, Etat général de l'ètablissement à revoir et rénover, car il semble être laissé pour compte.

Ich war aufgrund eines Unfalles währed der Zeit des Aufenthaltes nicht mobil. Man hat uns geholfen einen Rollstuhl zu organisieren und das Zimmer auf ein Behindertengerechtes Zimmer umgebucht. War ideal.
