Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Hotel confortable , chambre très grande. Bonne insonorisation. Proche des transports en commun mais très facile de rejoindre le centre à pied 30 mn en longeant la Garonne. Super petit déjeuner. Buffet très varié

Dommage qu’il y est de la moquette partout

was halt von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet, es war einfach gut.
Pros:

in Lobby gab es immer zwei Getränke. Personal war super freundlich. Es gab auch Billiard und Kicker Tisch.

Pros:

het was een heerlijke ruime kamer met alle comfort. Goede handdoeken, douche, en ook thee en koffie op de kamer. Personeel super alert en attent. Ontbijt hebben we niet gebruikt, omdat we vooral veel buiten wilden zijn. Is ongetwijfeld ook goed. En parkeren indoor was heel goed, veilig en praktisch. En ook dicht bij de boulevard aan de rivier.

Cons:

Nou eigenlijk niks. Heerlijke paar dagen gehad in een buurt dat hard werkt aan vernieuwing.

Pros:

My room had rubbish in the basket from previous guest and was left in the wardrobe. Also the furniture has dust all over them.

Cons:

Couldn't operate the TV, was not given WiFi connection details when I checked in. No milk for the coffee. Worker did not wait for my answer after she knocked before trying to open the door. Poor communication limited as I don't speak or understand French all the unable to make English conversation.

Access into the city and large parking underground
I left something in the room and that was sent to me impeccably - well done

Cons:

Breakfast was cheap and limited selection. Breakfast area had no atmosphere.
The rooms were significantly less enjoyable than indicated in the pictures.
Staff friendliness was limited

Stay in the wine warehouse district!
Pros:

The rooms were nice sized, a great value, and very quiet. Air conditioning was necessary for this time of year with heatwaves. My room got full sun all day, so the A/C struggled a bit during daylight, but it worked and was a blessing. The water options in the lobby were also nice.

Cons:

The piped-in scent in the lobby - this is totally unnecessary. I do not understand the trend of fake scents in hotels. Many people are sensitive to it and have allergies. This is wine country - no fake sweet scents are needed! It made an otherwise conmy lobby uncomfortable.
