Very clean, huge room with well stocked kitchen, great shower and super comfy bed - also loved the outdoor patio where you can sit and listen to the jungle, including howler monkeys in the morning. The pool was also nice, lots of birds and even bats flying by - and we got to see the local sloth on our last day! It’s in a beautiful area with many things to see and do nearby.
We enjoyed the walk to/from town and all the animals we saw along the way, but it might feel far for some people - it takes 15-20 mins depending on where you’re going. And if you don’t have your own car, taxis and tuk-tuks are quite expensive so I’d recommend renting a bike, scooter or ATV to get to further places like Punta Uva or Cahuita.

De faciliteiten waren goed en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad was heerlijk en omgeven door groen met veel dieren in en rondom het park/hotel. De kamer was groot met een keuken en een zitgedeelte buiten. Goede airconditioning. Het is rustig gelegen aan de rand van Puerto Viejo.
De douche had wat weinig kracht.

Der Hotelmanager hat uns die beliebten Faultiere auf der Anlage gezeigt.
Die Zimmer und auch die Anlage sind sehr sauber.
Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Der Pool wurde erst auf unser Erscheinen geputzt oder mit Chlor versehen.
Unser Toaster funktionierte nur zu 50%, habe das gemeldet und es ist leider nichts passiert. Auch die Beleuchtung in der Aussenküche funktionierte nur zu 50%. Leuchten-Test gehört für mich zu einem täglichen Check.
Es sollte beim Zugang zu den Appartements eine kleine Tür montiert werden, da die herumlaufenden Tiere auf die Platten koten und dies am Morgen nicht das Schönste ist.!
Das Aussensofa sowie die Kissen, jedenfalls in unserem Appartement, waren nicht zu gebrauchen. Diesen Plastikmatratze und die Plastikkissen waren einfach nur schmuddelig und ranzig.
Da setzt sich niemand drauf.

- Desde la llegada al hotel nos presionaron muchísimo para hacer el pago de la habitación en efectivo, incluso amenazando con hacer un recargo de en el monto si lo pagaba con tarjeta.
- Las cortinas muy pequeñas x lo que a las 5am la
Luz del Sol te pega en la cara y no hay cómo dormir más.
-No hay microondas, ni una mesa para comer debes comer con el plato en la mano.
We had such a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property was very well maintained, clean, and beautiful.
We even received an upgrade for a very small additional fee, which was fantastic. We had our own kitchen and private terrace, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The laundry service was also super fast and very reasonably priced. We really appreciated that separate towels were provided for both the beach and the pool, which was such a nice extra touch.
One of the highlights was when our host let us know that there was a sloth nearby. We got to see it together with him, which was such a special and unforgettable experience!
Everything was truly fantastic. We would definitely come back. Pura Vida! 🌿🦥❤️

Each villa was so private. It was amazing looking at the many different animals each morning, including the local sloth. Stella was so welcoming.

Eine super schöne gepflegte Anlage. Auf alles wird großen Wert gelegt. Egal ob es die Anlage, Pool, Garten oder die Ausstattung der Räume betrifft. Man merkt sofort wie viel Arbeit darin steckt. Die Besitzerin ist super herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie bemüht sich sehr dass sich jeder Gast wohl fühlt und alle Anregungen sofort umgesetzt werden. Wir sind begeistert und würden sofort wiederkommen. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche die wir dort verbringen durften.
