Удобные кровати, тёплые одеяла, наличие чайника.

Cons:

Отсутствие холодильника, не открываются окна даже на 2 этаже, видимость регулировки температуры в номере и горячей воды, всё предустановлено отелем, странные розетки, наверно защита от детей, но в неё очень трудно попасть. Так во всех отелях этой сети

Hotel moderno muy cómodo. Sitio tranquilo, un poco alejado pero si vas en auto bien. Tiene parking aunque en mi caso no aparecía para reservar pude contratar allí.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean, comfortable, close to the main station (10-15min walk). The rooms are comfy, clean, new, lots of electricity outlets, everything works.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war zu jeder Tageszeit aufmerksam und freundlich. Hat alles für uns gepasst.

Cons:

Wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt, fehlen Möglichkeiten für die Garderobe. Es bleibt nur Leben aus dem Koffer.

Wir sind nun zum dritten mal dort gewesen. Gerne wieder. Nettes Personal. Die Sache mit der sogenannten Kurabgabe welche in Heidelberg anfällt wenn man über Booking bucht. War uns nicht aufgefallen, bzw auch nicht erwähnt worden.

Freundlich, sauber und nett
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal hat uns durch den Aufenthalt begleitet, sehr nette Bar mit guter Getränkeauswahl.
