Estupendo para visitar Cancún

Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, el hotel se ve bastante moderno y las camas súper cómodas.

Cons:

El elevador se descomponía a cada rato y nos quedaba lejos de la habitación, había algo de olor a humedad y no limpiaron nuestra habitación en ningún momento.

Convenient for the bus terminal. Rooms were good size. AC worked very well.

Cons:

Staff generally were unhelpful, with the exception of the Starbucks coffee lady. Asking for directions, tour information etc was a waste of time.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, sauber, ein netter Bazar im Innenhof, freundliches Personal beim Check in und Check out, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes gym, sauberer Pool

Cons:

Auf den Fotos wird der Eindruck vermittelt es gäbe ein großes Frühstücksbuffet. Das war nicht der Fall. Vielleicht weil dafür zu wenige Gäste da waren, man hätte aber bei der Buchung darauf hinweisen sollen, da wir das Hotel vor Allem deswegen ausgewählt haben. Stattdessen konnte man nur zwischen ein paar Ei-Gerichten wählen und zum Omlette Käse hinzuzufügen ging nicht, weil das nicht inkludiert sei. Auf der Bohnenpaste die mit dem Omlette kam war aber schon Käse drauf… Ein paar der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück spielten außerdem am Handy mit Ton.

Hotel muy bueno y precio justo, excelente ubicación
Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Avenida Nader por lo que hay variedad de restaurantes, cerca de la terminal de buses ADO y de las Palapas, se puede mover muy bien por su ubicación, muy buena comida.

Cons:

La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba .... Y en recepción no venden ni un agua .. si uno llega tarde le toca salir del hotel. A buscar así sea un mecato , o gaseosa para tomar o comer ..ya que en recepción no venden nada ...es insólito algo así ..ni una nevera dispensadora tienen ...no me imagino si uno le da sed o un dolor ..el aire le falta más enfriamiento ...... Por lo demás es súper ..la verdad me gustó y por su hubicacion y precio ufff perfecto .yo volvería de verdad . Ojalá mejoren esos detallitos ... Gracias por todo .

Receptionist erg onvriendelijk. Ontbijt weinig keus en kon geen ontbijtpakket om mee te nemen aangevraagd worden terwijl het enkel om fruit ging.

Elegí el hotel por la ubicación y el desayuno. La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno deja mucho que desear. No es para nada lo publicado.
El trato del personal es poco amigable. Principalmente la encargada de la seguridad. Nos sentimos todo el tiempo controladas porque nadie nos informo de la legislación sobre la prohibición de fumar en Cancún. Tuvimos una charla muy agradable con el gerente cuando le planteamos lo sucedido.

Buena ubicación
