La habitacion era muy amplia, la cama era super grande.

El vater no nos funcionaba, el primer dia reportamos y dijeron que era general, pero en la 5 planta si funcionaba, al final admitieron que algunas habitaciones tenian problemas con el vater de continuo, estuvimos 5 dias alli y para ir al bano teniamos que ir desde la 3planta a la 5. eso no es aceptable y en ningun momento nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitacion.

El desayuno es bastante escaso, solo huevos, una tostada pequena y solo cafe yo no tomo cafe, unos dias tuvimos fruta otros dias no, y todos los dias es lo mismo.

Los interruptores de la luz no servian y tocaba directmente con los tacos, adicional tiene un problema con la bomba de agua y todo el piso se queda sin agua a las 08:00 am las cortinas son muy cortas y entra la luz de la calle.
la ubicacion no es zona hotelera y de xcaret nos dijeron que al no ser zora hotelera no nos llevaban hasta alla
el personal de la recepcion no les importaba el bienestar de los huespedes
