Pésima experiencia
Pros:

Reservo ahí por la ubicación.

Cons:

En la noche ya descansando nos abrieron la habitación por otros huéspedes a quienes les estaban asignando la misma habitación. A lo que recepción solo dijo usted disculpe.

Vulnerando la seguridad de mi personas y de quienes estábamos en la habitación.

Zat zogezegd in de prijs, maar dat is eigenlijk enkel een roerei en een stuk fruit. Ze geven een kaart waar je kan uit kiezen, maar komen daarna alle gerechten die je koos afrekenen. Ze zeggen dus niet op voorhand dat deze allemaal extra te betalen zijn

Pros:

Pas grand chose, l’accueil donne un aperçu qui paraît être un hôtel propre, élégant.
Mais une fois arrivée à l’étage , on y voit plus claire, les chambres sentent l’humidité, moisissures porte et miroir salles de bains.
Lit un peu étroit pour 2 personnes.
Petit déjeuner décevant, mauvais café et fruits pas mûres 😞

Maravillosa la estancia, me encantó la limpieza se nota que han trabajado en eso, el trato del recepcionista Yoel fue espectacular 😍 muy amable cordial, muy profesional y dispuesto. El desayuno no nos gustó mucho pero él buscó la manera de sacarnos una sonrisa y que pasara a un segundo plano. Te felicito Yoel eres excelente me reí mucho contigo. Gracias a Méx hoteles por esta maravillosa estancia y a este maravilloso joven

We had a wonderful stay at Mex Hoteles! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Joel, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His excellent service really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Al llegar súper cargada, me dieron DOS veces la tarjeta desactivada tuviendo que subir y bajar al llegar con todas los macutos y mochilas
Me dieron una habitación con la ventana a la calle principal con música hasta la mañana y que además no cerraba la puerta.
El desayuno no hay de nada, tienes que esperar muchísimo a sentarte porque no hay mesas suficientes. El café es agua, no había ni cubiertos, tardan mucho en servirte la fruta y la tortilla que es lo único que hay para desayunar
