Nicht gastfreundlich, nicht serviceorientiert.
Cons:

Die Frage, ob ein Late-Check-Out - auch gegen Aufpreis - möglich sei, wurde bereits im Vorfeld am Telefon sehr unfreundlich verneint. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr. Als ich um 9:35 Uhr zum Frühstück erschien, wurde dies kommentiert mit "Sie sind aber spät. Schaffen Sie das bis 10 Uhr?" Ich denke bei verbleibenden 25 Minuten bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit ist dieser Hinweis überflüssig und übergriffig. Nicht gastfreundlich, nicht serviceorientiert.

Alles top , jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung war gut .
Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Frühstücksbüffet mit allen was man braucht .
Sehr nettes Personal .
Zu empfehlen ist das Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln im hauseigenen Restaurant.

Cons:

Habe nichts zu bemängeln :)

Hyggelig sted rett utenfor Kiel
Pros:

Jeg syntes det var helt fantastisk at rommet ikke hadde vegg til vegg tepper. Gulvet var dekket med laminat. Det opplevde jeg som hygienisk og ryddig. Videre syntes jeg det var bra at dørene var solide. Følte meg trygg på rommet. Hyggelig kommunikasjon med vert i forveien om henting av nøklene i husets nokkelsafe.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel als Anreise am Vortag für eine Kreuzfahrt gebucht. Da wie nicht nach Kiel reinfahren wollten haben wir abends dort gegessen. Wir wären besser in die gegenüberliegende Dönerbude gegangen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Kurzurlauber, die eine Bleibe für die Nacht brauchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war Gut und reichlich!
Die Räumlichkeit des Frühstückraumes war angenehm.
Das Servicepersonal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Der Rauch rauchende Gäste im Gartenbereich des Hotels zieht in die darüberliegenden Zimmerfenster des Hotels und beeinflusst dadurch den Lüftungserfolg des Zimmers.
