Excelente el personal y las vistas desde la terraza
Great service, very clean, very attentive staff. Location was very convient. Room temperatura was confortable, and no issues with noise levels even on busy live entertainment. Hotel recomended a tour “operadores Zacatecas” and it was great!

La coladera de la regadera tenía un olor pésimo al igual que la del lavabo, pero se solucionó poniendo un plástico mientras no la usara.

The staff was not friendly they did not give me information that I asked them the hotel is located in an excellent place but it was dirty it was not comfortable! 😪

Relativement confortable
Bathroom the way the sink its outside the bathroom , the breakfast alot of food but you cant see if its breakfast or lunch. And if your wathing you weight forget about it. Checkin was long , alot of paper that other hotel doesnt have. No air conditioning, Should change the pellow.

Me asignaron una habitación bastante incómoda al fondo del pasillo, con una ventana diminuta en la esquina. El lavabo estaba afuera del baño y el espacio era muy reducido. No entiendo por qué, teniendo la oportunidad de causar una buena impresión y ganarse al cliente, asignan un cuarto con estas características cuando el hotel estaba completamente vacío...
