Cleanliness
7
Mixed reports: several guests mention clean, daily housekeeping and a clean bathroom, but at least one guest reported a very dirty room and inconsistent cleaning standards.
Service
7.5
Generally praised staff by name (Murad, Rohulla, Suna, etc.) as friendly and helpful, but some front-desk interactions were unhelpful or unreliable (taxi booking issue, occasional poor guest-request handling).
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as excellent: central Beyoglu location, near Istiklal Caddesi, convenient for sightseeing and public transport; rooms with good views noted.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed: some describe rooms as clean, spacious and comfortable (beds/pillows), while multiple guests note old/worn furniture, drafty windows, poor lighting, and at least one report of a room that did not match photos.
Amenities
6.5
Several negatives: hammam/Turkish bath under renovation and unusable, very limited parking noted repeatedly; A/C and basic facilities generally functional.
Value for Money
7.5
Most guests find the hotel good value for the price given location and service, though a few guests felt misled or scammed due to room/photos/extra charges.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is frequently praised (good variety, fresh bread, plentiful choices); one guest noted no gluten-free options available.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall a pleasant stay for many thanks to location and helpful staff, but inconsistent cleanliness, aging rooms and limited amenities create a mixed impression for some guests.

Die Lage und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war perfekt !
Pros:

Il romanticismo in centro a Istanbul
Pros:

Colazione abbondante e varia.
