The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They handled every request professionally and efficiently.
The hotel has a lovely, well-maintained area where you can enjoy a relaxing walk.
The breakfast was generous and very satisfying.
A very convenient service available at the reception is the option to order lunch or dinner from the café directly to your room. Everything was delicious, the portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable.
The hotel shares its grounds with several wedding venues, and it's common for multiple weddings to take place at the same time. Unfortunately, the music and celebrations can be heard in the rooms until late in the evening.
There are also ongoing construction and renovation works at the hotel, so noise starts early in the morning.
The mattress and pillows were extremely firm—almost like sleeping on stone.
Unfortunately, because of the noise and the very hard bed, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

لايعجبني اي شيء في الفندق كان سيء جداً وفيه أعمال إعمار وغير صالح للإقامة وانقطاع الماء مستمر المصعد عاطل ولايوجد فيه اي شيء جيد غير الموظفين محمود وايه وشيماء كانو يريدون راحتنا ولكن لايوجد بيدهم شيء وأنصح شطبه من Booking

Location is very good.
Spacious room
- Hotel is under renovation, noisy, workers going in-out.
- Wi-FI is not stable.
- Bathroom is leaking, light is not working.
I was arrived around 8PM Egypt time. My luggage has been in take care of the staff first while we process the payment, she bring it to our room. Once we arrived at our room, it was a big room with nice bed. The room have heater and aircon as the location is very near Nile River so the temperature will be below that other area. The receptionist, Reham really nice. And was surprised that we also got a big breakfast coming to our room. After all, everything is nice!
