LOCATION IS THE REAL VALUE
Pros:

SO EASY TO ARRIVE AT AIRPORT WALKING RIGHT OUT OF HOTEL. STAFF IS WELCOMING, BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA ARE INVITING. DRINKS ARE GOOD AND MEAL SERVINGS ARE VERY PLENTIFUL.

I pay the extra cost to stay at the Marriott at the airport because of its location however, I will never stay there aga
Pros:

I booked the airport Marriott for proximity. However, this is the second time that the airport shuttle to terminal other than the adjacent one has not been available, and I have either walked or this time took a taxi. The whole reason I stay at the Marriott at the airport is for proximity, but when the shuttle is not available, it doesn’t justify the cost.

Cons:

When I checked in the staff told me I could call down in the morning to ALERT that I’d be coming down for the shuttle when I call down the next morning. The receptionist was not very pleasant and told me it was a first come first serve basis. Which I then proceeded downstairs and as I walked out the door, I watched the shuttle leave after dropping off people yet never waited nor stopped for me. I ended up having to take a taxi around to the furthest terminal.

Terrific location, hard to find, needs updating. Good gym..
Pros:

We needed a place to stay because of air traffic problems and the airport Marriott was okay. Room in need of updating was offset by location. The gym had great new equipment! Friendly staff.

Cons:

After a horrible all-day array of experiences w American, I could have used a drink. But the bar was hideously expensive and; sadly, OUT OF CHEESESTEAKS!!! Oy. Also, the lack of signage guiding us to the hotel was disappointing. We walked endlessly through the airport parking garages schlepping our wheelies, before we were able to find the hotel. The airport and the hotel need to do a much, much better job of way finding.
