The staff, room layout and amenities, breakfast, and location made for an excellent stay.

Mattresses were worn out and really uncomfortable
Every staff member was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making us feel welcome on our first stay. So, we have already made reservations to return.
Frustratingly attempted [in vain] to purchase some snacks and inidentals but self-checkout was not functional and since there was no "Plan B" we couldn't purchase what we needed for our lengthy trip home.

The place was nice newer clean, they had a nice breakfast and the room was great
Parking we paid for parking then we came back at night and their was no parking spots. We were fortunate enough to find a spot on the street but then had to move the car at 9 in the morning because it's two hour parking on street after 7. The front desk said the would take the parking fee off our card but didn't.

The location is excellent and near the museums that we wanted to visit. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast lacked variety and the dining room was small and a bit over crowded.
Staff and facility great . Close to Cleveland Clinic and these folks are very nice. Will definitely stay again ❤️
