Ovanligt dålig service för att vara ett Hotel.

Läget.

Cons:

Ingen städning. På en hel vecka. Handdukar och toapapper fick vi ständigt fråga efter . Frukosten var bara ok, dåligt med olika pålägg och samma bröd hela tiden. Dålig variation.

We like the staff. Very helpful. MUHAMMAD, USMAN AND MARWA... THEY WERE ALL GOOD AND HELPFUL

Cons:

We were initially not satisfied with room because we were 3 people. But when we told them to change the room according with single bed. They did it so quickly just in seconds. Very helpful. Location is very good. Bazar and mosque were all near by.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful and kind and showed great hospitality as family.
Mehmet and his family the hotel owners. And special thanks for Marve who took care of our stay on daily basis.
The location is amazing as well close to sultanahmet, ayasofya, topkapi, basilica cistern and Gulhane park.
Walking distance to tramway T1 which connects you to everyolace in istanbul.
Breakfast was also good and the rooftop view is beautiful.
Strongly recommened and best value for money.

Cons:

Nothing. All was more than perfect.

Decent budget hotel
Pros:

Centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and safe. The hotel is part of a restaurant and the price for the room was around 30 EUR per night including a light breakfast as set menu.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for three people and some towels were a bit smelly.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale dalla quale è facile raggiungere diversi punti d'interesse della città. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta ci hanno anche consigliato i posti da visitare. Nell'hotel c'era anche il ristorante e il cibo era veramente ottimo

Pros:

Locația este centrala, langa multe din obiectivele turistice din zona. Este singurul plus din sejurul nostru.

Cons:

Amplasarea stradală face ca in interior sa fie zgomot chiar si pe timp de noapte. Nu dispune de parcare, in fata hotelului fiind o zona cu parcare publica. Chiar daca faci un efort pentru a ajunge dimineata sa gasesti un loc de parcare tot angajatii lor te forteaza sa ti muti masina pentru a si putea pune ei mesele pentru restaurant (clientii cu cazare platita sunt mai putin importanti decat cei care vin sa manance). Camera este foarte mica,baia extrem de mica si cu aspect de renovare continua. Curatenia lasa de dorit, prosoape vechi cu aspect murdar, . Micul dejun a fost asa de saracacios că dacă nu l aveam era acelasi lucru.

Aproape de punctele de interes!

Locație cu personal amabil si foarte aproape de punctele de interes!

Cons:

In momentul cazarii am ajuns exact in timpul unei avarii la rețeaua de apa dar personalul a încercat sa rezolve cat mai repede!

Extremely hospitable hosts and a pleasant budget-friendly experience in the heart of Sultanahmed area.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem for travellers that want to stay 5 mins away from main Sultanahmed landmarks while remaining on a budget. The hotel is run by a local family, and it's obvious they pour their hearts into their guests experience. We will definitely visit again. Also, the property features a restaurant with the best lentil soup we ever had.

Cons:

Rooms are small and a bit worn out, but still clean.

Our stay at Safir Gold Istanbul was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring everything Istanbul has to offer.
What truly made our trip special was our host, Zulfu. He is a genuine, authentic host in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at home. Whether it was giving us invaluable local recommendations, assisting with any request right away, or just checking in with warm Turkish hospitality, Zulfu made all the difference.

Staff knows english. Trustworthy staff, very welcoming. Good price.
Pros:

I liked that it has terrace view. Close to seaside and other attractions. Shops and restaurants are very close. Price was decent, way smaller than competition.

Cons:

Space too small for 3 persons. My room were made for only 2 people, also pretty cramped. But every location in area seems small and cramped. Still, rooms are just for sleep. Day and evenings are to explore the city.
