Buena ubicación a buen precio
Pros:

La ubicación y que el desayuno estuviera incluido (aunque fuera sencillo). El personal muy amable también. El restaurante y el comedor bien también.

Cons:

Por las fotos parece algo mejor. Habitación pequeña y con un poco de falta de mantenimiento/cuidado. No nos limpiaron ningún día la habitación y está poco insonorizado. Aún así, tiene buena relación calidad-precio.

The location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace.There is also a currency exchange office right next to the hotel and a market nearby, which makes everything very convenient.The hotel serves breakfast and drinks, and the staff are always happy to help. They also assist with organizing activities and excursions such as the Bosphorus Tour, hammam experiences, and other attractions.
What truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always in a good mood. A special thank you to Memo, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff treat their guests like family and constantly surprise you with thoughtful gestures and small acts of kindness that make your stay unforgettable.

Pros:

On a aimé l’emplacement, la terrasse avec belle vue et tranquillité, personnels agréable, accueil chaleureux et dynamique et petit-déjeuner servie par une femme très agréable et souriante. Le personnel est pas intrusif, ce qui est fort agréable, humain qui se soucie du bien-être de la famille... hôtel sécurisé et proche de toutes commodités et centres d’intérêts. Merci pour ce séjour Safir hotel.

Cons:

Agencement de l’immeuble, des chambres, escalier difficilement praticable. Un jeune homme aigri, qui n’a aucun sens du service et renvoi directement à l’épicerie d’à côté, incitant à la dépense.. je ne parle évidemment pas du gérant hyper joyeux et dynamique qui assure l accueil et que je remercie pour sa gentillesse.
Problème de canalisations masqués par des senteurs florales, emplacement hyper bruyant, les mouettes, les clients avec leurs musiques...
Impossibilité de sortir de l’hôtel si activité bookée à 7h30, les portes ouvrent à 8h/8h30. Mais malgré ces contraintes, l'hôtel est parfait pour les baroudeurs et aventuriers non exigeant. Cet hôtel fait l affaire et je les remercie encore une fois.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή,και κοντά στα αξιοθέατα. Υπήρχε χώρος μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο για να παρκάρουμε την μηχανή.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό αλλά δεν μεριμνούσε στην διατήρηση των ωρών κοινής ησυχίας τις βραδινές ώρες.
