The stay was amazing.
Pros:

The staff is always helpful! The property is in a good location. The rooms are beautiful and have plenty of space. The showers have so much space.

Pros:

Great hotel with lovely staff.

Rooms spotlessly clean and public spaces are nice to use. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable.

Alexandria is a wonderful place and the centre is a nice walk along the river from the hotel.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was high quality and delicious, but it took an age to be served at the bar and at our table. Our main courses then came out before we had finished our starters.

They were understaffed on the night we ate in there but hopefully this was a one off.

Pros:

The overall layout in the hotel was amazing. From all the contemporary art to the modern look of the room was gorgeous. The hotel staff, especially the valet staff was top tier.

Great hotel & staff
Pros:

The customer service from all hotel staff was great. People were kind, answered any questions which to me felt they were knowledgeable with the hotel and the surrounds of this location. Check in and check out was a seamless process as well. I did eat at the restaurant and tried a cocktail which was both great. Property was clean and very modern. I loved the decor and the layout of the rooms are so nice.

Cons:

I would say the beds were not comfortable at all to me which resulted in restless sleep and the room I was staying in you could here birds and other animals so loudly right outside my window. You can also hear the people beside and above you. If they have a dog like mine did, you will hear the barking as well throughout the duration of the day.

Good hotel , good price/value .
Pros:

We stayed one night . The hotel is clean and modern. It is 10 min walk from center , has groccesry nearby. Room was spacious , comfy bad, and good AC.

الفندق يأخذ تأمين الزامي عن كل يوم مبلغ 50 دولار ويزعم ان المبلغ سيعود الى حساب العميل بعد المغادرة خلال 3 ايام عمل ولكن للأسف لا يعيدون المبلغ ويستولون عليه . ارجو الخذر منهم
اخذوا مني 450 دولار زياده على مبلغ ايجار الاقامه والضرائب وقالوا انه تأمين ولم يعيدوه لي
