Cons:

Small request of extending to noon but instead given receipt to check out early. In result, door being knock to leave before 11.30am (that's okay staff may not be notified by counter). Then later on check out, counter said can only extend to 11.30am. How do guest know if was not inform early? However, this is small miscommunication for reference to improve more courtesy in the future. Apology for any inconvenient caused.

Awful, disgusting, stinky hell whole
Pros:

I stayed there with my daughter for her competition in Farmington and this was the closest place I could find. The hallways smelled like Marijuana really bad which made me sick to my stomach. Then in the morning I found huge blood stains on the side of the mattress where my daughter was sleeping. I was so disgusted I went straight to front office which I couldn't find anyone so I called that Monday morning to speak to management and he was very rude and told me the only thing he could do is refund me $40 dollars. I was pissed off for the fact that he didn't even take my complaint serious and as if it was nothing to him. I will never stay here again, EVER!!!

Nothing at all, it was very disappointing and will never recommend or stay here again!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was great the room had a fridge and microwave pretty comfortable

Cons:

The only thing i didn't like is in the morning the mattress pad had came off the corner and reveled a very nasty stained mattress

Satisfied, will stay here again.
Pros:

Nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub was well maintained and clean.

Cons:

Usually when staying at hotels there is water, coffee and tea offered to guests all the time. That is one I definitely missed.
