Hotel bello, moderno. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Posizione abbastanza centrale, noi avevamo le biciclette per cui era facile.Molto pulita.

Cons:

In bagno non ci sono mobili o mensole per sistemare le cose Non ci sono armadi, solo dei ganci con le grucce per gli abiti. Bene per soggiorno breve, non molto comodo se vuoi disfare la valigia.

Esperienza snervante ancora prima del check-in (in hotel).
Pros:

Posizione strategica sia rispetto alla stazione centrale che al centro storico, raggiungibili in poche fermate di tram e buona colazione.

Cons:

Mi hanno infastidito ancor prima che mettessi piede nella loro struttura. Il giorno prima dell'arrivo mi hanno inviato su WhatsApp, per email e tramite booking un messaggio per inviatarmi a fare il check-in online. Ho prontamente risposto che, a causa di precedenti messaggi da parte di hacker, preferivo farlo in struttura e mi hanno riscontrato dicendo che non c'erano problemi. Il giorno dell'arrivo, invece, ennesimo bombardamento sui 3 canali sopra indicati come se non ci fossimo detti niente. Ma si può???
Il pomeriggio del giorno successivo al primo pernottamento torniamo in camera e verifichiamo che non era stata pulita. Alla reception mi dicono che è la regola dell'hotel quello di saltare le pulizie al primo giorno (a saperlo). Peccato che tra check-in, che poi ho dovuto fare io mentre il concierge si girava i pollici, e la mancata pulizia della camera, non mi è sembrato che dal prezzo pagato siano stati esclusi i servizi non resi.
Ultima annotazione: p​oche grucce a vista al posto dell'armadio e neanche un ripiano in bagno per appoggiare il necessario. L'essenziale va bene, ma confondere il design minimalista con la totale assenza di praticità anche no.

minimalste Mängel bei einem doch sehr schönem Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel hat über 2 Haltpunkte mit 4 Haltestellen für mehrere Bahnlinienen eine sehr gute Anbindung zum einen an die Innenstadt, aber auch an Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Blaues Wunder oder Weisser Hirsch.
Wir wurden bei der Anreise von einem sehr freundlichem, kompetentem Herren empfangen (groß, Brille, Name unbekannt)
Dieser Herr ist TOP !!. Wir hatten für eine Person glutenfreies Frühstück bestellt - es hat wunderbar funktioniert.
Das Frühstücksbuffett hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, da es ja im Vorfeld ein paar Meckerheinis gab.
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett !!! Auch hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dass Menschen mit Behinderungen im Service inkludiert wurden. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe - die Schallschutzfenster haben gute Arbeit geleistet, da Bahn und Strassentrasse in direkter Nähe.

Cons:

Wie schon einige Gäste vor uns bemängelten. Die Ablage/Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad sind kaum vorhanden. Dies sollte schnellstens behoben werden. Und in Zimmer 109 gibt es leider akkustische Probleme mit der Steuerung der Heizung, welche permanet versucht sich ein und aus zu schalten. Es nervt, wenn die ganze Nacht etwas rumklickt.
Wir hätten dies beim ausschecken gern zu Sprache gebracht, aber beim Express Check Out hat dies niemanden interressiert.

Cons:

Zu kleiner Parkplatz, wir mussten uns im Umkreis einen Parkplatz suchen.

Absolut Positiv überrascht von diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Personal ist hier besonders zu beachten. Gerade beim Frühstücken wird auf jedes Detail geachtet. Auch am Empfang wurde immer geholfen.

Cons:

Wassersparren wird beim Duschen zu ernst genommen.
