Pros:

Не ожидала найти в Коканде такой хороший отель. Всё очень понравилось уютный номер вкусный завтрак и отличное обслуживание. Персонал всегда вежливый и готов помочь отдельное спасибо Улугбекжону. Обязательно вернусь ещё!

Pros:

Мой отдых в этой гостинице оставил только самые приятные впечатления. Всё было великолепно: номер, обслуживание и общая атмосфера. Бассейн всегда был чистым и ухоженным, что сделало отдых ещё более комфортным.
Отдельно хочется отметить превосходный сад — красивый, ухоженный и создающий особую атмосферу спокойствия и уюта. Персонал показал себя настоящими профессионалами: все сотрудники были вежливы, внимательны и готовы помочь в любой ситуации.
Также хочется похвалить ресторан — вкусные блюда, отличное качество обслуживания и приятная обстановка. Спасибо всему коллективу гостиницы за прекрасный отдых — с удовольствием вернусь снова!

Останавливались в гостинице Asmald и остались очень довольны. Чистые и уютные номера, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, спокойная атмосфера и высокий уровень сервиса. Особенно понравилась территория и комфортные условия для отдыха. Спасибо администрации и всему коллективу за гостеприимство! Отличный отель! Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз и всегда остаюсь доволен. В этот раз сделали апгрейд до номера люкс — номер очень просторный, комфортный и уютный. Также понравился ресторан: вкусная еда, хорошее обслуживание и приятная атмосфера. Большое спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство, особенно сотруднику Улугбеку за внимательность, профессионализм и доброжелательное отношение к гостям. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Ideale Wahl für einen entspannten Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigen, komfortabel ausgestatteten Zimmern, alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption. Schöner Pool.

Excellent hotel. Value for money. Helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Provided me with lots of tips for visiting Kokand. Arrange a car for me to visit Margillan. Extended my check-out untill 4 pm at no cost. The hotel location is convicnient, within walking distance to the Palace.

Hôtel confortable, jardin agréable, c’est propre et moderne
Globalement bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

La piscine était fermée car il avait plu et elle avait tournée, dommage…
Le personnel notamment au restaurent était plutôt incompétent et la moitié de la carte n’était pas disponible, dommage pour un « palace »

A wonderful place to explore Kokund’s spectacular palaces, madrasahs and mosques
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Many thanks in particular to Ulubeg who helped us from the minute we entered the hotel to the minute we left. And helped navigate our way through the spaghetti soup for two incompetents with none of the local languages

Le personnel est top à l'écoute de nos demandes en particulier Nur Muhammad qui a été très gentil et bienveillant !
La chambre était très spacieuse et propre !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était légèrement en dessous de ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Pros:

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Asmald Palace Hotel. The staff were great, the rooms perfectly clean and in exceptional condition. The pool was also absolutely clean and great for relaxing the warm temperatures in Kokand. The beds were very comfy. Location very central, the Khanate palace is only a short walk away.
We unfortunately stayed only for one night, if the schedule allows, I would recommend staying for at least two nights to fully enjoy the pool and explore Kokand.
