kamer aan de voorzijde is erg gehorig. ik zou de loshangende afzuiging van de badkamer repareren en niet los laten bungelen..

Schoon nette kamer

Cons:

De prijs echt mega duur en komt door Andre Reu natuurlijk.
Maar echt bizar hoog , wij konden niet anders .
Dus waren blij dat we wat hadden, maar is voor een gewone burger niet te betalen

Meer verwacht van deluxe kamer
Pros:

Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt prima

Cons:

Zacht bed met doorgezakt matras.
Met boeking stond aangegeven unit op de begane grond echter een kamer gekregen op de 5e verdieping!
De vermelding van luxe kamer is ook nogal overdreven. Klein dus met een rolstoel ging het maar net.

Normales Zimmer, nicht überdurchschnittlich. Sehr zentrale Lage.
Pros:

Die sehr zentrale aber ruhiger Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Cons:

Das sich die Zimmerfenster nicht öffnen lassen. Der Griff war abgebaut.
Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Überall waren Staubreste.

Great location, but not the best facilities.
Pros:

Location, food, reception staff.

Cons:

1/Bar staff ignoring me while waiting to order drinks.
2/Kettle when I eventually found it was covered in dust. so I had to clean it before I could use it.
3/Lack of clean cups daily.
4/TableLamp only worked if you knocked the table.
5/Lack of main ceiling lighting.
6/Bedside lights to dull.
7/Other rooms on our floor had regular cartons of water left outside their door, we had to ask for some, don't understand why this happened.

A nice convenient hotel in the centre of Maastricht.
Pros:

I've been to Bastion hotels before, and this Bastion is of the same quality as the others.

It started with the check in, the gentleman who checked us in, was friendly, and really helpful,when we said that we wanted to book for a second night.

The upkeep of the room was surprisingly good, the bathroom looked great. The bed was nice and soft.

The nice thing is, that the hotel is near the centre of maastricht, and easy to reach from the train station.
