Pros:

Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

The beautiful restored lobby of the hotel! Breathtaking!!!

Cons:

Staff. We had plumbing problem with bathroom. Water all over bathroom floor. I called to report it and no one came. Waited twenty minutes then walked to reception desk. He said someone will be there shortly. He told us to go ahead and go to our concert and they will fix while we are out. Upon returning from the evening, three hours later, water was still in floor. I went straight to the reception desk and ask for different room. They really need to work on their communication. Or u need a new maintenance man that answers the calls!

DO NOT WAATE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! It’s all a lie online. You get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with your stay, and for the PRICE OF A ROOM I expected a little more based on the descriptions given online. I choose to filter restaurants with breakfast included so it’s easy for my little child in the morning and this place listed that. I get there and it’s a restaurant that you have to pay for. Lie right there for having it filter with BREAKFAST INCLUDED WHEN ITS NOT FREEEE OR INCLUDED IN YOUR FINAL PRICE. Parking is a fucking joke. $44 and the signed they have up are non existent to get to the parking lot. Once you get in the hotel they have no signs up anywhere to tell you where things are and when you ask the staff they all give completely different answers on where to go. The description makes it seem like the Aquarian is apart of the hotel with all the pictures they include. It most definitely is not. That’s another charge you pay ontop off all the other shit they list is part of the hotel that isn’t. It all just sits in the same property as the hotel. This listing is misleading and the total price at the end of the day was $100 more than what it told me it would be after checkout with fees and that’s not including anything but checking in and parking for one night! My $250 one night stay turned into $375 before I even got to my room. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A STAY. When I finally got to my room my two beds are wet, pillows blankets everything, the tables are dusty, the coffee maker is dusty and the bathroom had dry pee on the back of the toilet, hair in the shower drain, what looks to be dried toothpaste all over the walls, and an air vent that has never been cleaned so your forced to breath in super dusty nasty air. DO NOT STAY!!!!!

Pros:

Beds were comfy and rooms were large. Once you figure out the layout of the hotel the lobby is cool. It was cute there was an expo over the weekend in the large former rail space.

Cons:

We had a bit of a nightmare when we arrived (by metro from the airport) it took us to the back rather than front and the signage took us round in a few loops before we finally found the lobby. Not a huge deal but could have been better.
