I had the best times with my children we are from Bloomington IL and seen this hotel on tik tok it was great
Pros:

The two employees Mo at valet was awesome and the bell man Reico was exceptional service I really enjoyed my time at the hotel

Cons:

Everything was great food and rides were wonderful we didn’t get to see the light show because there was a wedding going on that was the only disappointment

Amazing place ! Le bâtiment, ancienne gare, est vraiment exceptionnel. Le personnel est très accueillant. Service au top

I just want my $150 deposit refunded please.
Pros:

Room was clean
2 bottles of water provided free daily
Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Breakfast was excellent with excellent service

Cons:

I had to leave the hotel at 3am for my flight but was unable to check out in advance and when i went to check out I was unable to because of an audit taking place at the time. My receipt was subsequently emailed to me but i havent been refunded my 150 deposit

das hotel selbst ist unglaublich schön und mächtig anzusehen. die stündlichen lichtershow in der eingangshalle sind fantastisch.
die lage ist gut, wenn man nache beim Arch sein möcht.
das zimmer ist nichts besonderes. es ist gross genug. die betten sind bequem.

Cons:

preis/leistung stimmt nicht. frühstück im hohen preis nicht inclusive.
personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht sehr freundlich.
parkservice klappte am abreisetag eher semi gut. wir haben 40 minuten auf das auto gewartet

Some inconveniences but otherwise a great stay!
Pros:

Property was beautiful and staff (hotel and valet) were incredible! Very helpful and very kind. The breakfast at Station Grille was fantastic.

Cons:

The only real negative was that the tub was cracked and water temp was either freezing cold or burning hot - for just adults it’s sort of manageable but for kids would be an issue - but given how nice everything else was, I would think water temp should be taken care of. Also wish we would’ve had extra blankets in the room, but that’s just a nice extra!
