Very nice, will be coming back next time we are headed to South Reno.
Pros:

This property is relatively new….and close to our ultimate destination (so it was the ideal place for us to stayed). There are a couple mini of marts and gas stations adjacent to the property and two large strip/ malls across the street. You can go get just about anything, without getting in your car.

Cons:

This place was on the 99% positive side of things. OK….the view from our room was meh! But, we were not there to look out the window.

We couldn’t sleep well after that and it left a bad taste in our mouths
Cons:

Keys were given to another party of people and then they proceeded to come in our room while we were sleeping after midnight. The incident frightened us as we woke up immediately. In the morning the keys that originally given to us no longer worked on the room that was allotted to us and we had get new keys. It was a big mess. No spoke to us after that about what happened it felt like nobody cared.

Cons:

Staff is very rude. They don’t have enough breakfast. Also in breakfast no fruits for 2 days, as I am vegetarian I already have not much option for breakfast just fruits and that even they don’t have. Excuse given by staff sorry the order has not arrived. For everything I need to ask even for towels in the room so pathetic

Besides the small tub/shower, our overall stay was nice and relaxing.
Pros:

The property was at a prime location for my partner and I. Food, shopping, and gas was so close 👍🏽

Cons:

We opted for the handicap room because it was available for an earlier check-in time. Though we liked the early check in, the tub/shower combo was a bit small for the wide bathroom size.
