Building work next door and work starting at 7.30 am , also the swimming pool on roof was was like a large bath , picture on booking. Com misleading
We had an amazing stay at the hotel from start to finish. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel at home throughout our stay.
We arrived quite early, so we started the day with coffee and croissants while waiting, and to our surprise, our room was ready almost immediately. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the included minibar was a fantastic touch.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of delicious food, and everything was plentiful and well prepared.
The lounge was another beautiful part of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the live pianist created an amazing atmosphere that made the experience even more special.
Amazing experience visiting Munich. The hotel staff went above and beyond in general and to fix a few small things. Highly recommend. The location is amazing too.

Hotel is ok, but I asked concierge help with finding a great place for a haircut (I especially asked for a great place, looking for something special) and he recommended the hotel place, called Amor Fou. I literally had the worst haircut in my life, place is terrible, it is a store with a small place for haircuts, lady who "took care" of me was more preoccupied with trying to sell clothes to people and kept yelling at employees while doing my hair, the really truly gave me a haircut even a ten year old would have done better, ridiculous she calls herself a coiffeur. it is a shame that concierge was so unprofessional as to recommend this terrible place, Mandarin Oriental should close that place as it really should not be inside their hotel, let alone recommend it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
