Great location hotel needs a remodeling
Pros:

i’ve stayed in the same hotel for the past 16 years because of the location

Cons:

The hotel needs a little revamp. I’ve been staying there for the past 15 years and I haven’t changed it. It’s a refreshment.

A Disappointing and Overpriced Stay
Pros:

Just the location. That’s all.

Cons:

1. The AC is SO old and unbelievably loud. It literally sounds like you’re at a Formula 1 race. We could barely sleep because of the noise.
2. Parking is ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong, they do have on-site parking, but they charge $50 per night when there’s a parking garage right across the street for about half the price.
3. We stayed for three nights and no one cleaned our room even once. No fresh towels, no trash removal, nothing.
4. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. 4 PM?? I know late check-in times have somehow become normalized in the US, but this still feels ridiculous.
5. They basically offer nothing. I understand not offering breakfast, laundry service, a gym, or a pool. Fine. But they don’t even offer water or coffee in the lobby.
6. Everything feels like an extra charge. Between the expensive parking and the lack of even basic complimentary amenities, the whole experience just felt greedy.

Overall, it felt like they were trying to provide the absolute minimum while charging as much as possible.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Ausgangslage
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade vom Standard Doppelzimmer in eine Suite erhalten.
Fußläufig, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Mall).
Zum Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills & Walk of Fame musste man mit dem Auto fahren. Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht in West Hollywood, daher passte für uns alles

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 50 Dollar sind ziemlich hoch.

Poor service and rude staff, not worth your money.
Pros:

The only good thing about this place was the location and the covered parking (although it's paid - 50$ per night). But it is still not wrth staying at. The staff, the amenities are all abysmal. skip it.

Cons:

The first thing is the POOR SERVICE and basic courtesy which is missing. I had a nightmare of an experience the day of check in. Due to "system failure" they were not giving us our room, the manager "Sonya" told us we can go find another hotel because she can't give us our room as there is a problem in the server. On top of that, there was no automatic room cleaning everyday, we are supposed to inform them one day in advance. There was no free water provided which was common everywhere else. The lobby was depressing. You needed a room key to use lobby washroom! Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel loaction is very good , nice area , just walking from Beverly hills , near lots of restaurants and shopping area of Beverly Center .
Rooms size is good and clean
