Overpriced, Dirty Room with Cockroaches
Pros:

This room was overpriced, not very clean, had a giant cockroach in the room and you could hear the traffic all night. DO NOT get a room that faces Santa Monic Blvd, super noisy.

All in all it was comfortable, and the area had lot of good food optios

the room was a good size and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The pool could use some more umbrellas for shade. It was really hot with only two umbrellas and no other shade. Also, the ice maker on our floor didn't work and I couldn't find one on the floor below.

Very very bad experience with Mr. Flaviu Dragomir

One of the managers name Mr. Flaviu Dragomir was extremely bad attitude and bad personality he has 0 listening skills in 0 politeness

His voice was loud for no reason just because I don’t understand from the lady start and I ask her to call the manager he came Ian’s told me you give hard time to my staff take you staff from the room and go out of the hotel now of I will call the security guard to take you out.
I was Shocked and I told him I will call the police then he was ok.

Thank you but the other manager was extremely nice in different days
